Scott, the owner, is as rude as it gets. Places the the blame of his actions on someone else. This guy has no desire for business and I hope the empty parking lot I always see remains that way because of his horrible ability to even attempt to bring in business when there is a chance to wrong a right. Try having my vehicle towed, it at least made your establishment look busy. (And don't be fooled by all the other cars, they are employees who when you walk in are almost guaranteed to have their head lowered looking at some screen and not for customers)
