I have been using Delaware Vapor for a few years and have always been quite happy with them. I've had one issue though. Recently one of their bottles shattered on me while filling my vape causing juice to splatter everywhere including into my eyes. After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle. Number one vape shop in Delaware! I have been going here since the claymont location opened. The employees are nice and helpful and also their inventory is huge. No matter what you vape or what you vape with, they more than likely have the juices, vapes, parts, or accessories in stock. They also have a incentive program for frequent customers. read more

Came to see these guys on a recommendation from a friend after I told him how unhappy I was with the vape shop that I went originally to get my first vape thingy a year ago. I a newbie to the whole vaping process and at the other store I always got the impression that I because I'm new I was wasting their time. I walked in and was greeted with the most sincere smile and a hello. The guy here made me feel right at home. I told him my issues with my current vape thingy and what I was looking for in a vape. He showed me several products, all very reasonably priced, and explained in very simple detail how they work. I need simple, after all I it a vape thingy. I bought a new vape thingy and a bottle of their house blend juice. He showed me everything I needed to know, and answered all my stupid questions with a smile. Had a great experience at Delaware Vapor. Stopped in to see about upgrading the mod I owned and was informed that the model I owned couldn't be upgraded. I was asked why I wanted to upgrade so I told the gentleman behind the counter I felt like I wasn't getting the same punch in the lungs I had from cigarettes and was looking for something with much more kick. So I ask the gentleman who was tending the counter Lloyd to recommend a mod that would best fit my needs. Rather than push the most expensive options right off the bat, he recommended the rig that was most bang for the buck at $50. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and informed about all his products. He also took time with me to let me try many different flavors of E-juice until I found 2 flavors perfect for me. As we talked and I ask different questions about the products and juices he also made a great recommendation to me about the juice I was using and the nicotine count. I was typically a 18ml nicotine juice smoker. But coming from my old rig to my new rig he informed me that because of the lightness and lack in the vapor from my old rig I would want to change the juice closer to 3-6ml of nicotine. The new rig I bought produced so much vapor, I'd say almost 10X more. I truly didn't need such a high nic count. I have to say Lloyd was 100% correct that with my new rig I get the bang and punch I've been longing for. Just wanted to make sure I left a glowing review for Delaware Vapor, the staff is very informed on their products. They're very freindly and really do shine as the example for what customer service really is and should be. I'll be recommending Delaware Vapor to all my friends and Delaware Vapor will be the only vape shop I use again. If I could make this review 100 out of 10 I would. I recently stopped by Delaware Vape while on break from work, I saw this place right out of the corner of my eye. So I said to myself let me stop in for a second since I am new to the Vape world.I then walked in and was instantly greeted by both workers, I told them I was new to vaping just started about two weeks ago and I noticed I had a problem with a tank I just brought from a shop in PA that started leaking on me and was not working properly, So he should me a tank that is actually built for my Smok that my friend gave me. The Tank he should me was priced way lower then I would've paid in PA and was better and built for my Mod. He also should me how to fill it properly and prime the coil for the Liquid, Things the people in the shop in PA should of shown me. Because once again I am new to vaping, I'm used to smoking Cuban Cigars, Just light and smoke, He then also showed how to replace the coil when I need to. Other then that I would recommend this shop to anyone I know Vaping around me just because of the knowledge they know on how to make someone new to the Vape world feel more comfortable smoking. read more
