This shop is great! I'm new to vaping and these guys treated me better than any other shop. They didnt upsell the most expensive accessories, they were very friendly and helpful. the gentleman that helped me even showed me how to build the new dripper I got from another source. juice selections are also top notch. If your new to vaping you should go nowhere else, and if your an experienced cloud chucker you will feel at home here with staff that can speak that language you guys and gals speak. all over best experience I've had at any vape shop. Brendan and Tom helped me out immensely when I was on an extended vaca in the middle of "nowhere" in the high desert of California and ran out of my Delaware Vape juice. I could not find any juice flavor close to their Extreme Minthol in the two vape shops in town, so I contacted Delaware Vape for help. This place is hit-or-miss. The sales staff likes to talk about how much "knowledge" they have, as though what they know is some well-kept hipster secret. When you walk in it's like staring at a room full of kids that got beat up in middle school, who have finally found an arena in which they can claim superiority... and it's vaping? "What's your favorite juice?" "You've probably never heard of it. It's called Pickle Factory. It's made by Peruvian immigrants that are morally opposed to wearing shoes, which I identify with on a personal level." "Does it taste like pickles?!" "Not at all. Kicked me out because I was talking to my friend inside my truck before I went in. Which I understand why but I was buying my first Suorin so i was asking my friend what to get and the flavors and stuff and then I go into the store and they say they can't sell to me because my friend wasn't 18 yet even though the Suorin was for me. read more

This review is for anyone new to vaping. If you go to this vendor, ask for someone besides John. He ignored me when I spoke to him, was rude and condescending when I asked him questions and just all around extremely poor customer service. Besides this rep., the store was nice, large selection and the other employees seemed to be nice and approachable and helped you with your questions. I entered Delaware Vapor for the first time today, March 6th, 2016, around 3:45 pm EST. This was my first time ever shopping at a Vape store. After I walked in, I didn't know where to start as the selection was great, just unfamiliar with the whole process. Eventually John, the representative that "assisted" me asked me if he could help me find something. I was looking for a cover for a vape setup that was given to me in an attempt to quit smoking cigarettes. John asked a co-worker if they carried a skin for my vape and unfortunately they didn't carry that style anymore. This was fine, we asked if they knew of any other locations that may carry what I was looking for and John said "no." Since I wasn't able to get the skin I was looking for, I decided to look into buying a new power source. I explain to John that I am new to vaping and asked John what kind of selection they had. He then became condescending and just a jerk. Instead of showing me different options John tells me, "they range between $40-$200." So I explained again that I don't know anything about these products and if he would show me a selection for the novice "vapor." John pulled two items out of the case, explained how one was $40 and the other was $50, stated that the $40 one was similar to mine just a higher watt. So I selected the $40 one since at this point he was so annoyed by my questions, making the whole experience uncomfortable as if I was bothering him for shopping there, that I just wanted to get what I needed and leave. We then walk to the counter and I ask about vape juice, John points at the wall of over 1,000 juices and walks away from me. I have explained to him twice that I am new to all this, so I have no idea where to begin. What does he suggest to replace my cigarette habit, what amount of nicotine, how do I fill the vape, etc. So instead of standing there like an idiot, I just asked if they had a Red Bull flavor and John yells across the store back at me, "No! We only have a Monster flavor." At this point I'm getting pretty angry at how I'm being treated when I'm attempting to purchase a product from this establishment and how arrogant and rude this customer SERVICE representative is being towards me. I never once copped an attitude with John, became loud or disrespectful, never once did or said anything to be treated like my money was valued less then any other customer. While paying for my power source John asks if this is my first time in the store. Even though I've explained this to him, I tell him again yes I'm new to vaping and John now asks for my license to put me into their system. So I asked what system he wants to put me in, is it for mail, email, rewards or what and John tells me its for age verification. Which I'm pretty sure can be done without putting me into a system and just looking at my license, but I bite my tongue again and hand him my license because the co-worker next to him says it's for rewards of some sort. After paying I say thank you to John and to enjoy his day, he scoffs and says nothing in return. So at this point, I can't bite my tongue anymore and I do say, "yeah, thank you for your shitty customer service." I don't post reviews as I feel that most of the time it is a disgruntled former employee seeking revenge. This experience made such an impression on me that I had to post a review in hopes the manager becomes educated of the issue and takes the time to train employees to a higher level of hospitality. read more

So I went there to have them take a look at the Vape(joyetech ego aio) that I'd bought last month, as it had started spitting and bubbling. The guy told me that it had to do with how much I was vaping(which I highly doubt was the problem) and refused to honor the one month warranty I had gotten on it due to the fact that it was 31 days since I had purchased said Vape. The selection of juices is ok, but it's far from worth the aggravation of dealing with the staff. Having experience in customer service myself, I found them highly unhelpful and will not be returning to this store. read more
