Now now, it was very apparent with the construction going on with the business beside you that parking was limited in the exact same parking lot. A sticker was unnecessary and whatever stick was stuck up...you're know where, you did not have to react that way. Parking was limited and a note saying you did not appreciate it was there. Weeks, how about a total of 4 days in 10-day span. Plus the parking lot is attached to where I was working and there is no sign that says for customers only, you would not have been able to tow me. Stop lying to protect yourself, walking into your establishment you're lackeys seem to be very doped up and could not even give me the proper number for the establishment. Unless you're high I don't recommend going here. *Update. After bieng called a "Keyboard warrior" by the owner himself I decided, being a user of nicotine products, to go and a put this to rest and see what products seem to be keeping the parking lot empty. And to my surprise, the experience was not what I thought it would be. This guy has no desire for business and I hope the empty parking lot I always see remains that way because of his horrible ability to even attempt to bring in business when there is a chance to wrong a right. I was visiting this place and wanted to get some coils for my vape. The staff were good mannered and kind, they recommended a lower wattage coil for my vape since I don't vape at a high wattage. I'm not familiar with coil models etc. and as soon as I got home I was sold the WRONG coil size for my vape. I paid $16 for two pieces coils and they were the WRONG SIZE. I expected the staff to be familiar and knowledgeable since i paid for their product. I am very upset and will definitely not be coming back. And no I couldn't return my coils because I was just passing through Delaware. Apart from Vape Escape's outstanding juice collection.. A business owner is lucky to have such adequate staff. I went to this location for the first time with a recently broken vape I'd been using for about a year. At that time, didn't know if the vape needed to be replaced. Terrance went right to work with it, I didn't even have to ask him to look at it. He asked me, we confirmed the battery was pretty much fried in the 1y old pod mod. While Tyler was helping me pick out other wares I happened to need that they carried that I didn't expect to find in the store. Plus, we talked about brand named vape juices and other products from as far back as 2015. The glass I needed was priced perfectly and if it broke tomorrow I'd be back there buying the same one if possible. Staff were excellent, very pleasant & knowledgeable. The idea is neat. The shop is cute and small with a large selection of liquid. They have a good selection of choices for vape sticks. Even obscure pieces that you don't find every day. I went into the place looking to replace my vape that my cat pushed under the refrigerator. I found their ad in a living well magazine. I figured why not look on my day off. When I got there I was instantly greeted. The lady asked what I was looking for. I told her a voodoo vape stick. She had zero clue as to what that was. Then I told her I'm looking for a light, portable, and small stick. She showed me the smallest one (raze) which was $110. It is nice. Almost as light as an actual cigarette. The tank is seriously too small. I didn't think it would be such an issue until now. When I attempted to refill I end up spilling it either down the side or in the middle where it is NOT supposed to go. Totally sucks when you get that in your mouth. She took me to the liquid bar and told me to taste test some flavors. So MANY flavors. Its awesome! So I caved. I bought it just last night. I LOVE the vape but completely hate how small the tank is! I called to return or exchange the stick and there was a small miscommunication. Maybe on both sides. When I called back today I talked to Lisa (the owner) and told her what my issues where. She said she would help me in anyway I needed to be able to be happy. I told her I don't want to return it But I need something better for me. I went to the store. Lisa gave me a needle nose pump to be able to fill the tank. She also educated me on So much about the coils and all different kinds of vapes. Even the drips. Put items on consignment over a year ago which didn't sell. The closest of their stores is Wilmington, DE and I am in West Chester, PA. I asked repeatedly to have items mailed back to me and was more than willing to pay the shipping fees. Owner refused to ship them and insisted that I pick up the items. Driving 40 miles for items that won't sell for $100 is not worthwhile to me and shipping seemed easy enough. Apparently, I was wrong. Great place! I love their oils specifically the Pin Up - Marilyn flavor and they always have it in stock. I purchased my entire device from Vape Escape and the employees have helped me many times since I am new to vaping, even just to simply change a coil for me. Only downside I have experienced so far is each employee (even though they are each very knowledgeable) has a different opinion on certain topics so it can get confusing if you talk to multiple people about the same issue. Everything I purchased from this shop broke within a month. They also have a no return policy. Over priced and some of the staff doesn't even know what the are selling. I went in for a wax pen and they guy tried to sell me a dry herb vape that I'm pretty sure it had been used . I purchased over a 100 worth of stuff from this store and never got my points or an emailed receipt. So when my battery stopped working with in a week and the tank leaked all over out of the box I couldn't even send it to the manufacture because they never emailed me a receipt. so it's my loss.
