During the last six months the telephone system was screwed up. For each prescription I wanted to refill, I would use the phone to leave the script number and the recording would say it was incorrect and I had to speak with a staff member. It was an annoyance but tolerable. I was going there at least once a month and didn't know until my brother told me the pharmacy had permanently closed the day after I picked up my prescriptions. Why on earth didn't the pharmacist tell me that when I was there. Later I learned a lot of people in the community weren't told of the closing. Pretty low way to thank the people that patronized your establishment.

Black Friday sold out of items before the sale was suppose to start. No rain check. No attempt of sales staff or manager to offer discount on other similar items. I visited the store in the morning and item I was seeking was sold out yet the sale sign remained with higher price vacuums and plenty of them. Took the vacuum to check out and was told it wasn't on sale. So either buy it or take it back. Yet another shopper did the same thing and she received the higher price vacuum at the sale rate. I over heard the sales clerk/cashier tell the other shopper to just go to check out and she would have the price reduced. I'm done with Kohl's. Shoppers be aware

And I will NEVER shop their again !! I own a business and we have people from all age groups and walks of life come in and I would never talk to one of our customers like that if I needed to say something to them about there mask or anything it would be a one on one conversation not a whole store conversation. I don't care if he was having a bad day or week and that was the reason it was totally un called for you don't talk to a customer like that ! Down right rude. Lost this customers for life !!

They don't answer the phone, and I had to get out of my car just to check in (on more than one occasion). When I got home, I found multiple issues with my order. A bag of Sun Chips was already torn open, and my Dave's Killer Bagels pack only had 4 bagels instead of the usual 5. On top of this, they substituted two packs of flatbread with crackers despite my order clearly stating no substitutions. It took three separate phone calls just to get these issues resolved and to receive credits. Overall, a very frustrating experience. The Elverson PA store is MUCH better, never had an issue there.

At checkout, two lanes out of six were open, both jammed. I really don't like the self serve lanes, and low and behold I had trouble. The store manager comes over to help and couldn't be more condescending- I suggested they should open a couple more lanes for customers like me , and she stated that they couldn't man them. When I pointed out the three employees in plain sight standing around doing absolutely nothing- she informed me "everyone needs a break" Crap customer service, crap attitudes.
