If I could give it no stars I would! I have never encountered such rudeness. The pharmacist is disrespectful and always seems annoyed. I feel sorry for the couple of kind employees who have to work there. I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

In the age of COVID, scheduled a drive thru test. Arrived 5 minutes early and then sat in my car behind 3 other cars for nearly an hour not moving and not being tested. Felt like the person decided to take their one hour lunch break instead of doing their job. Sadly, I had to sit in my car with a toddler for over an hour cause it took over a week to just get an appointment. I guess this should be expected in the general decline... read more

Not a fan. Did business with CVS for 25 years and when my husband had an emergency they did not help. What's the point of having a long term relationship with a pharmacy when if the time comes and you need them, they are not there for you. Moved to mail order. read more

I would like to thank the pharmacy for filling a prescription that the Elkton CVS could not....The Elkton CVS ran out of a certain medicine (2 days for another shipment to arrive) and they told me to call around to other CVS's to see if they had the medicine (they told me that they could not see other CVS's inventory nor would they call)...I called Nottingham CVS - they looked up the prescription, confirmed that it can be filled - and when I got there about 30 minutes later - they greeted me by name and said it was ready...they also confirmed that a CVS CAN verify inventory at another CVS - but that they should also call to confirm...Nottingham customer service was above par and I greatly appreciate it read more

She gave me a smirk as if she was proud of herself one-upping a customer. I understand the rule, but I took back the money and said her behavior was unacceptable. Walgreens needs to remind their employees of common courtesy to their customers. A frequent customer.
