First I would like to state that every person that goes to this pharmacy has the same exact issues (I talk to them while we wait a 1/2 hour plus in line.) 1) they have given me the wrong medicine. I'm pregnant and they gave me the wrong medicine! 2) the pharmacy assistants there are never nice 3) they say it will be 45 min or an hour or even more most of the time. And you should always add at least another hour onto that. 4) there could be an issue with authorization or anything and you find out when you drive to Walgreens. You would think they could give you a courtesy call but nooooo....why would they do that?! 5) they are ridiculously unorganized. 99% of the time the meds filled for you are in a basket and not filed away. During the last six months the telephone system was screwed up. For each prescription I wanted to refill, I would use the phone to leave the script number and the recording would say it was incorrect and I had to speak with a staff member. It was an annoyance but tolerable. I was going there at least once a month and didn't know until my brother told me the pharmacy had permanently closed the day after I picked up my prescriptions. Why on earth didn't the pharmacist tell me that when I was there. Later I learned a lot of people in the community weren't told of the closing. Pretty low way to thank the people that patronized your establishment.
