My insurance company was Tricare Prime and I had to do business with Rite Aid. I found them lacking in Customer Service. My husband did business with CVS, so I switched to Tricare Standard and changed my pharmacy to CVS. We had a couple of years where they had great customer service. If they didn't have the medication they were always willing to call around and point you in the right direction. I don't know if they got enough customers where they just stopped caring or what happened, but their customer service declined. We were told about a local pharmacy, Citizens, and decided to give them a try. We have been doing business with them for approximately 2 years and they are the best. They care about their customers and are always kind and courteous. I have only 1 complaint and it is very minor, they aren't open on Sundays, but there's always Monday. They always have your medication and they have that small town feel. It's not about the money, it's about the people. read more
