Always able to run in a grab the necessary plus impulsive items. I noticed on a recent run that the mirrors were removed from the main floor by the women's clothing section. I had to carry two coats I was considering all the way back to the dressing room. I needed a size down and didn't go all the way back to the front of the store. A simple mirror on the floor would've help with a possible sale. read more

So this is one of the smaller targets in this county. There are also some differences with the cleanliness as well. Every time I have been here and had to use the restroom it's always so dirty. Toilets not flushed, toilet paper EVERYWHERE, sinks a mess, water on the floor...it's just a mess but they still seem to keep a restroom chart up. The funny thing is the chart may be signed off but you know someone did not come in and clean it. Alright on to the rest of the store. They carry everything as any other target even produce but on a smaller scale. They have a pharmacy department as well. The also have a food court that has been renovated. Most of the staff seems nice but they do seem really scarce in this store. When I need help I have just adjusted to going to a one of the red phones of the department I am in for help since I normally don't see anyone, except at the cash registers. All in all this isn't a terrible Target but this place could truly use some help. read more

I love the Aberdeen Target! I'm a Churchville native, and I still visit this Target almost every time I'm home. It's an average Target, with clean, organized aisles, friendly associates and decent prices. What I really like about this store is that it's so quiet and calm. Recently, I had to stop by on Christmas Eve; it was easy to find a parking spot, and the lines moved quickly. My tip--skip the Bel Air Target and go here! read more

I am so over this store. I am going to have to start choosing Walmart or drive the stupid miles to a further Target. Let's begin with yesterday's visit which was mid Saturday. Shelves not stocked at all, self checkout line backed all the way to cards, but only 2 cashiers open. It irks me so bad because if you travel into Bel Air, you get a whole different experience. Aberdeen deserves better. read more

This Target is ok. I like the one in Bel Air better. This one doesn't seem to have as big of a selection. The service is always friendly, though. And on the bright side, this one doesn't get nearly as packed. read more

This Target store is a waste of time and space. It is next to impossible to find an associate to assist you or to answer a question on the sales floor. The restroom was filthy! They seem to only have one checkout open at any of the times we have been there. If you ask them to open a second lane, they tell you that you "Just need to scan your order yourself at Self Check registers"! -With all the profits Target makes, you should not have to ring up your own items - we are not employees of Target! Customer service employees are rude and not at all helpful. This is a sorry Target. read more

I wanted to return a Vizo TV it was hard to use. No sound sometimes and you had to turn it off in order to get different stations like hbo, prime,pbs. and more. Well I wanted to return it and get a better and more expensive TV but the Manager refused he said I had two weeks which was not on the receipt, posted in the section are told to me at the time I bought it. They did offer me a credit card and a protection plan. This company is unfair and I expect them to be closing soon. Sears did. read more

This location may not be as big as some of the others in the area - it's quieter though - I like taking time to look at sections I may have overlooked in some of the larger stores - it's always fully stocked and being a "Book Lover" - their book and magazine aisle is pretty nice... read more

Quite recently (April 2010), they added a grocery section which rivals that of Bel Air's Target. It even has fresh veggies, fruit and meat which I don't think Bel Air has. This section is small though and won't replace a supermarket, but its quite nice. The place is always empty compared to Bel Air's so now that the market portion has opened I will stick to Aberdeen's. read more

Pharmacy is ridiculous. Had refills sent in and they only filled half of them. Nobody could offer a reason except "I don't know". In an era when I have a choice in where I receive my health services, I chose not to use this CVS and do not recommend them. read more

I wanted to share a great experience that I had in your store! On 11/28/2017 around 9:00pm I had one of the nicest cashiers I have ever come across in a Target store. Her name was Taja and she was so helpful and friendly. This young lady is going places! I tried to email the store directly to compliment her customer service but I had a hard time locating the best way to contact the manager. Keep up the great work Taja! read more

I wish someone were able to answer the phone to assist customers. I go to this location frequently and the cashiers are always helpful. Unfortunately, getting through to someone on the actual phone or having a service rep help you while shopping in the store is pretty close to impossible. It's almost like no one is ever around... but the 2-3 lines that are open.... I guess that's nice. read more

I must admit I went in only to use the restroom, however, I figured it wouldn't hurt to look around. I stopped by the women's clothing area and to my surprise they had several racks of clothing on clearance that were still in season. I looked and found two really nice items both marked down 30%. Next I stumbled across the shoe section and found a really stylish yet comfortable pair of knee boots for a great price with an additional 20% if you use the stores coupon app (cartwheel). I decided I better leave before I made too many unplanned purchases, but then I remembered I needed one more item for my Halloween costume. So over to the beauty section I went. I was greeted by a store associate and asked if I needed assistance....hold the phone...customer service at a big box store....what!!!! I shop at Target often and I have never been offered personal assistance to locate items. Next, I went to the cleaning supply section, but to my dismay they did not carry the wood floor cleaner that I was searching for. The cashier that rung me up was personable and admired my clothing deals. I don't live/work in the area, but if I was driving through town, like today, I would stop by again. *Also, the store was handing out Halloween buckets and treats for the little ones as they arrived(nice touch). read more

This Target is pretty crappy compared to others I've been to. Sure they have the usual stuff, but it's really the customer service here that struck a bad cord with me... and it was all over a desk chair! I had purchased a desk chair from them (MISTAKE!) and it broke a couple months later. Target's return policy is three months, but because they did not have one in stock, the customer service rep would not let me return it because "I" broke it. No... the chair is made of aluminum and breaks if anyone more than 100 lbs sits on it for longer than 5 minutes. (Really, for chairs go to Office Depot or something.) Unfortunately for me I really liked that chair and the way I sat in it, so I kept checking back. They never ended up getting that chair back in stock and every time I went in I got the same answer until one day they said, "Oh your over the 3 month return policy limit." I was fuming, and if I wasn't a semi-decent Christian....................... ANYWHO! Needless to say I never returned to it. Perhaps the constantly empty parking lot is a testament to how the city of Aberdeen feels about their Target? read more

Can never find an associate for help. They have great and reasonable food options. Plus size department is virtually non-existent.

Though it does have a grocery now, this Target is really nothing special as Targets go. The stock is generally good, but the staff is often invisible. The grocery is not even that impressive as there is at least one very good supermarket nearby. If you need something from Target, it is a good as any place to get it. If you need more than that, go elsewhere. read more

The pharmacy at the Aberdeen location is a huge joke. A script was sent by my husbands doctor after a surgical procedure. Upon my arrival to pick it up, they stated it was not in stock and would be available the following day. The following day, my husband received a recording that his script would be available by 6pm. At 6:30 pm the day the script was to be available, WE contacted Target/CVS in regards to the script. We were told it was still not available and that we would need to contact the prescribing doctor to see if he could prescribe something else. They never contacted us to tell us that. We received a recording that it would be ready at 6pm. WE had to contact them, only to learn they still didn't have it and needed to ask the doctor to prescribe a different med. this is completely unacceptable. Obviously, the doctors office now closed and my husband has to suffer another day without the prescribed medications. Target/CVS is ridiculous and does not care about customer satisfaction, nor do they care about communicating with their customers. We will be looking for a new pharmacy. read more

Horrible customer service. The wrong signs were in front of a product for "buy 5, get a 5$ gift card". I'm sorry... but what retail establishment EVER bases a sale on the SCENT of a product, and not every product. Because the Febreeze clip I bought was not the correct SCENT- it doesn't qualify?!??? That's ridiculous!!! And to make matters worse customer service was the most AWFUL experience I have ever had in my LIFE!!!!! First of all, I was charged for an item that never even made it in my bag. And I bought multiples of the same item and did not realize this until I got home. At first it was not busy and the CS lady was trying to help me. Then (since there was only 2 registers open anyway!) it got busy, and the CS lady turned horrible. She rushed me, never helped with the purchase I was trying to make, and got all flustered. I asked her to take 4 of the items off my bill since she said she could not take the coupons for them. She said she did but NEVER did, so I ended up with 4 items I didn't want, and charged for one item that never made it in my bag!! She was so rude and rushing me that I said "thanks" , left and checked my receipt outside. Once I realized what she did I was even more angered but I would of rather shot myself in the foot than step foot back in their doors to try to resolve the problem. I will go to a DIFFERENT target to try to return the 4 items I asked for her to originally take off my bill and I guess I will have to take a LOSS for the item she charged me for and didn't put in my bag!!!!!!
