The toys are good and lots of legos. The game spot has cool controllers and other stuff.

The employees are very rude and disrespectful to the customers. me and a friend were just trying to walk around and because we are younger they kept staring at us and following us as we walked around. They displayed their disrespect again when me and my friend were trying to use the family bathroom because we have a bad experience with the large bathroom and believe it is unsafe. Three different people came up to us and asked us in a rude tone what we were doing and we kindly said that we were waiting for the bathroom because another employee was taking 20 minutes in the public bathroom. me and my friend were also of color and all of the employees were white and we believe this has something to do with them. they also yelled at us for walking into the changing room, when usually there is no one outside monitoring. my daughter wrote my last review and I thought that she was being dramatic but then I went to target and I tried to go to this food aisle and I couldn't find where the meat was so I tried to ask someone they called me stupid and they called me ugly because I just was wearing my comfy clothes. I don't understand why target hires the worst employees ever I have never been so offended. She totally just pushed me to the side did not consider that I needed to find the meat at all. The employee was this really old lady and she had this like other like kind of younger woman standing next to her who is also an employee she called me and she said in quotations no meat for you bitch and I close quotations and I was just so like offended like how could you hire these people? Drove almost 30 minutes here to look for a baby shower gift. While here, I browsed through the clearance section and scored some nice apparel and a gift for the mom-to-be. I did find most of what I wanted but was disappointed in the gift wrapping area. Could not find much that coordinated with what I wanted to wrap the baby shower gifts. The lines were long, but that is expected on a Saturday. Once I got home, I noticed the card was not in any of my bags. I called the store and was advised that I would have to drive back there to receive my item or money back. So I am out of $6 for a card. (Bummer) read more

How's a solid 3.5!!??? This location is decent but they seem to be out of items or their employees are not helpful. Recently stopped by to pick up a few things..started by looking for the items myself and a few things I couldn't find. So I went for the trusty employees in red. The first guy I asked straight up told me he doesn't know, the second guy asked me dod I look in a certain department..which I stated yes but wasn't sure which aisle..then on the the final person, he told me they were sold out with out looking it up or anything. I was shocked. I then found one of their née scanners which was down (just my luck) and it reminded me I could use my app on my phone for help. How did my app lead me to the exact location but a human employee failed to. It really took me by surprise because normally my experiences in target are pretty good. All in all this is a decent target that has a Starbucks at the entrance, but they have to work on their customer service. I did forget to throw some kudus to my cashier. She was very shy but pleasant! I'll have to try and find the receipt so she gets her stars!!! read more

I visited this past Saturday, February 22, 2020 and was thoroughly unimpressed with the service of one of the cashiers, Olivia. We had to move to a different register after unloading everything from our cart onto the belt because the register she was at just suddenly stopped working, which is understandable. However, she didn't offer to help move any of our items to the next register. She just walked over to the other register and proceeded to wait for us to move all of our items over before beginning to ring them up. read more

I am not a huge fan of Target as I think they are a little pricey but this is my favorite one by far. I have found it to always be very clean and in stock. The associates are always friendly and never any real lines to to talk about. I live about an hour a way from this one and I am always will to take the extra time to go there read more

Nice, clean Target with friendly staff and a Starbucks. I prefer this location over the one in Abingdon because it's less congested. They have a great selection and offer affordable prices, so I'm a Target fan in general :) read more

My daughter forced me to go here to buy a mother's day gift for my wife. I can't stand malls or box stores like this. That said, this place was actually not bad. In fact, I walked in, and there is a Starbuck's right there. Get out! The store was huge, it even has a grocery store inside. Everything was clearly marked and the prices were better than I expected. Please don't read this review thinking I'm someone that is just looking for something negative to say. This is my local target and my family and I love this store but the bathrooms at horrendous!!! I have gone in these bathrooms countless times for emergencies with my children and non emergencies and every time the bathrooms look like they've been hit with a bacteria bomb. I'm really starting to believe that they don't make any employee clean the restroom and I refuse to take my children in such a disgusting environment and we've had to leave for a bathroom numerous times. All I ask is that that bathrooms get cleaned at least once a year because it is disgusting. Just trying to give a heads up for anyone who is looking for a place to use the restroom along the highway next to the store. read more

I have been a Target lover for the past 43 years. Unfortunately I went to Target recently and had a bad experience with a worker named Tim. I was trying to find apple juice for my three children after a soccer tournament. I couldn't find any so I saw a worker (Tim) and asked where I could find some. He yelled at me and called me stupid. He called me a few rude names that I am not comfortable saying online. I've loved Target for a very long time but this experience really scarred me and my children especially considering my husband and I never use swear words around them. The fact that a Target worker would swear at a customer for asking where apple juice is is absolutely absurd. read more

Who doesn't love good ol' bullseye! I have been to target twice since COVID. Once in Jacksonville and the Bel Air location. Both had good prices, clean atmosphere and helpful staff. I'll continue shopping here for sure. My only complaint is the long hold times when calling for customer service. read more

Worst customer service experience EVER! I paid for a TV online and went to pick it up. The electronics department brought the TV that I bought up front to customer service and they wouldn't let me leave with it because the order wasn't "fulfilled" in their systems. It would have taken someone to press a button, but for some reason, the ignorant staff decided to ignore any type of customer service and said I had to wait the 3 hours for the order to be filled.... which was already upfront. return department is inconvenience. i purchased a shower curtain. my spouse picked up the online order for me. when i hold in my hand i have seen a slash mark. i came to store hoping to find the same item. out of stock since its a super deal. the young lady didnt really assist much as well lisa, supervisor/manager. no complimentary discount on another shower curtain i really like. the point is i wouldnt have to make my drive to the store and inconveniently return the item. yes my spouse effectively check first. at the same time the one who ring him up as well check the condition. cashiering is not just a job collect payment, retrieve online order fullfilment. on top the person in charge didnt communicated effectively. like its not important. honestly take ur business elsewhere as a consumer such as different location or simply another store. Update: I went to return something a few weeks ago (only because I was in the area and didn't feel like driving elsewhere) and I am happy to say that I ran into the same employees from my previous review. The young man is now knowledgeable and confident in his job responsibilities... and the lady that wouldn't teach him anything before was talking about how it was her last day because she was retiring! It's safe to come to this Target again!! Also, this review may have been swayed by free samples that Starbucks was giving away near the front door. read more

My wife and I purchased a Hamilton Beach toaster from the Bel Air Target. In a week it burned up. You could smell the electrical burn an hit smoked. Target is not accepting returns in their store at this time. I have used email, and only get referred to a phone number with wait times I excess of 30 minutes. I requested they call me and provided my phone number, however, they just reply with the same stock answer to call a customer service number that has ZERO SERVICE. They failed to place more customer service representatives to meet the need that their policy generated. I wanted to receive credit on my Target Credit Card and purchase a different toaster. Getting credit for a defective product is very problematic and I am getting ZERO SERVICE from Target. I find it ridiculous that they will permit you to come in and shop, but not come in and return a defective item. I plan to cancel my card when this is all over and we will not be shopping at Target again. read more

This Target store is OK I prefer the one in Abingdon but anyway that's not the point of this review...DO NOT go to the clinic in this location and get treated by a nurse practitioner named Brenda. I went in twice because one my copay is cheaper than going to Express Care and it's convenient than calling my doctor and trying to get in but anyway I was sick with a terrible something for about a month and 1/2, at first when I went there I was told I had strep and given antibiotics but also was informed I need to go to the ER because heart rate was high (it was high because I was treating it with stuff over the counter I should have known better having high blood pressure and diabetes). Refused to go because it would have been a waste of time because as soon as I got home it was fine well ended up going to Express Care two days later fever came back and ended up getting stronger antibiotics because now I had an ear and upper respiratory infection. Second time I went was because I was still not feeling better terrible cough and congestion through out my face coworker thought I had a sinus infection so I went because I didn't want to pay high copay at Express Care...I should have just gone there (ended up anyway) Brenda refused to treat me because again of high heart rate and told me I should have just gone and seen my doctor but it was after 4 and on a Friday. She did refund me my money this time but again I was feeling terrible and just knew I needed a round of goods antibiotics. I ended up going to Express Care in the Festival that night and what would you know I had a sinus infection! They also ran an EKG to just make sure of my heart and it was a little elevated but they told me it was because of being sick and monitor it after illness went away....so please don't waste your time at this clinic! read more
