When it did see it, it would change wattage erratically. It isn't the tank, it works great on my Cloupor and my secondary Mod box so its SS Vapes box that has the issue. I called them a month ago and was told the units to replace it were on back order. I've called back twice since and as of yesterday I was told two more weeks. I asked the young lady if she'd exchange it for another Mod box at their cost and she said NO!! Don't know about you, but I think that when something has a "lifetime" guarantee you should either have the replacements in-stock OR be more flexible in your exchange policy if you're unable to get the product. Six weeks........ REALLY???? You need to either examine your inventory, find another vendor for the mod box in question, be more flexible with your policies or close up shop if you can't honor your GUARANTEE!!!!!! Please contact me if you think I'm wrong in my assertions. A company that can't honor a guarantee doesn't belong in business. Your integrity as a business is only as good as the guarantees you make.

I walked up to the store and noticed it was closed, but opened at 12 noon. I looked at my watch and saw it was 11:58. I parked my car a little down the street so decided I'd move a little closer and wait a bit. About 6 minutes later I don't see any movement so I give the store a call. "Hello?" "Is this Harford Vape House" "Yeah" "Are you guys open?" "Um, yeah, I'll be open in about ten minutes." I go and buy some cat food up the street. Then I return and see a guy unlocking the front door. I follow him in. I tell him I'm new to all this and explain what exactly I am looking for. He offers me something not at all like what I am looking for that is a bit more expensive. Whatever, I'll buy it... he begins the process of rummaging through boxes, opening unopened boxes, explaining they've been "swamped lately" and all the while I'm looking through the vape juice selection. It seems pretty weak, and I start to tell him what I'm interested in. Something fruity? That sounds nice. He offers me something cinnamon flavored. Then a lady walks through the front door and asks if they have "coils" and he begins to help her. He walks into the back to look for her coils. She apologizes to me. I leave. A little farther up Harford Rd is another shop. At first glance it appears they have 100 different flavors. I tell the guy what I'm looking for and he explains that they don't really have anything like that, but tells me about a product his dad uses that would be perfect for me. I go out to my car and within 5 minutes have ordered the device online. Once I get it I'll be going back to this second store for any future needs.
