Sure Delco has its share of dollar stores, but this one is so much better than the others. Many of the product offered in this store you do not find in the other dollar stores. The store is neat, orderly, and well stocked. Ever notice when you walk in the other corporate dollar stores in Delco they look like a level 4 hurricane passed through them-lack of stock, crap all over the place, boxes blocking the aisles? Not One Dollar Zone, and this store has more USEFUL stuff than the competition. Lindt Lindor Truffles that are 4.00 at CVS, Target, Walgreens are only a buck here! In addition, you can get the Lindt Excellence 85% cocoa chocolate bars for $1.00. Sewing implements that i wasn't able to find at the other dollar stores are plentiful at this store. There are too many good deals to mention. Chances are you probably make a weekly trip to the new Macdade Mall so swing by and give this place a look-see. Great merchandise all for a dollar with courteous and efficient cashiers make this place a winner.

Half of the stores are empty, there's an enormous Fashion Bug, like 18 dollar stores, and a uniform store. Oh and the nastiest K-Mart ever. Seriously, this must be government subsidized because it's always empty and never staffed. The video game store is horrible and will likely close soon (if it hasn't already) and even the restaurant, Italian Delight, left and opened up across the street. Oh, and the arcade and movie theatre of my youth are now gone.

This place reminds me of Aldis because they have similar food products and inexpensive prices. The aisles are long. They have a large selection of vegetables, meats, snacks and spices. I didn't want to purchase anything from the 'Outlet' as, in the past, when I did buy something from the Outlet, it was 'college' dorm quality furniture and I had to return it. The bedroom set is great quality and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Pelle was wonderful to work with. The delivery service was outstanding. The two men were Professional & hard working. I also really liked the Tracking capability for my order as it helped with communication for when the product would arrive. It was EXACT and on point. *Warning do not shop here* Our couch was sold to ud damaged…read moreand was accused of breaking it ourselves. My fiance and I bought a couch from Samson furniture store. This is the second couch we bought from them. First one we bought about 4 years ago and the other one we just picked up today. Granite it wasn't an expensive couch. Under 700.00 but perfect for what we needed it for. When we got it back to the house we unpackaged it and put the feet on. when we flip up the couch and took a better look I notice a bow in the wood on the front piece and the springs pier to be popping up the cushions so something wasn't right. It wasn't something simple that we would be able to live with. We packed up the section that was broken to take it back. The manager accused us of breaking it and to make matters even worse accused my fiance of being "wacked out of his mind" because he told him after he accused us of breaking it, to give us a refund. So when he went back up with the other part of the couch the manager continued to accused him of breaking it and insist that he must of jumpped on the couch breaking it. Told him to F*** off in front of customers. That is No way to run a business. Apparently if someone wanted to return something they must be high. We are upset about how all this turned out and how he treated us.

I sent an email complaint to corporate, cause yes I am that person, and I received a call today 4/22/22 from an assistant manager at the store. Poor guy it must be his job to deal with complaints, because he rambled off a quick apology and offered me 25 gift card for my troubles. Unfortunately for this underpaid hero, I wanted to chat a bit. After our chat, I promise I was nice, he assured me the following things would happen: 1. They are getting new registers in customer service in a month and they will no longer have to enter your returns item by item manually. 2. He would reward the customer service cashier who had to spend over 30 minutes manually adjusting a register error on my receipt while being treated rudely by her co workers. 3. That they are working on finding new employees and helping to make customer service an actual service and not the title of a job nobody wants to perform. So because the assistant manager listened to me and gave me some assurance of possible changes for the better, I agreed to give them another try. I really don't want to go back. But I would have to wait in line and visit customer service to cancel my membership, so lol I'm taking the gift card and trying again. Wish me luck!
