Overall I am happy with the work that Lupitas Painting did and would recommend them to friends. I…read morehired them to re-paint my entire house (2100 sqft with some 16 ft ceilings) and do a bit of exterior work. They are a family owned business and wouldn't stop until everything was to my satisfaction. (They don't just say that, they follow through and make sure it's what you want.) The only thing preventing this from being a 5-star review is that I had to ask them to fix a few areas I wasn't happy with. I am a perfectionist and fairly picky so these are nit-picks, but I would expect there to be a quality control process to catch this. There were some wall dings that weren't filled in and a couple of two small paint runs. (This was actually fewer than I would expect on a project this size.) However, these weren't fixed until I pointed it out and would like to see the painters go back and look for these small things. Once I pointed it out they gladly fixed the issues and now have a nice paint job.

Each of his crew was very respectful and demonstrated excellent craftsmen-ship. Shane's pricing was very reasonable and fair. He did a great job explaining his process and I can attest that his customer service and pride in workmanship was equally impressive. Shane saw very small areas for touch up that I had not noticed, and I am very picky. He had these re-done without any prompting from me. Great pricing, excellent customer service, and a beautiful finished exterior on our home cannot be beat! We will use Performance Painting again and recommend their services without any hesitation. Plus, Shane is a great guy with a good sense of humor!

Tom's quote was beyond fair. His crew came in and got it done at very high quality - all within less than a week. What I most appreciated was that he consulted with me to advise where I should have more trim painted compared to its current state. It looks like a different house and more contemporary. The other thing about Tom is that he cares a great deal and shared tips I can use for painting jobs I take on by myself. It's important to note that the other two quotes I received were in the same ballpark, but their focus was on how quickly they get it done with the least possible effort. I would have ended up with a lesser quality paint job.

The service feels overpriced for all this.
