No bid today, that will need to be presented at a later date and if you're not available to review the bid in-person, then it must be presented via Zoom call. No, we will not text or email you the bid. Hmmm, ok. 3.) I arrange an appointment to review the bid via Zoom call, Fineline skips the appointment completely with no communication. 4.) We chose Morans based on their professionalism, detailed bid and the recommendations of a builder and a color specialist both of which we know and trust. The project was no small undertaking, it is a large two story house with a large separate garage and covered walkway. The overhangs are a full time three feet. Morans completed the project on time and within budget; the work is exceptional in quality and attention to detail. The crews were professional, courteous and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. We could not be more pleased! We will be having Morans ack to paint the entire interior this fall.

They went out of their way to make sure the stairs were done correctly and that the wood matched up well to the tile on the landing. The tile in the bathrooms was very well laid out. The project went more slowly than expected, however, since they're a pretty small outfit, and this was a pretty large project. We weren't under any time pressure, and we felt they took the time to do it right, so it was OK in the end. Communication seemed to get more sporadic over time, and we had a little surprise charge near the end of the project. The charge was justified, just not well communicated. Overall though, we can highly recommend Done To Spec, and would hire them again.
