I've been under the care of three different doctors here and I must say I like it very much…read more I feel super cared for and I feel that the doctors and staff are so caring & knowledgeable. I came for dry eyes and they used all sorts of technology to look at my eyes, determine my diagnosis & and gave me a plan to healing. I trust my eyes in their care.

Recently I picked up my new glasses. From the moment I put them on I suspected there was a problem…read more They gave me severe double vision. The girl told me to wait and put them on the next day since I had been wearing my other glasses. I ignored that advice and put them on when I got home. After 4 hours of torture, I took them off. The next morning I tried again. I wore them for several hours, but had to change to my old prescription when I drove as the double vision made it unsafe. I called and was told to wear them for at least a week. I tried to explain how bad it was and that it was dangerous, but the sweet girl just kept saying, "I understand," and not inviting me to come in. After a couple more hours of hell, I looked closely at the lenses of my old vs new glasses and there was a definite difference. I called back, got another girl who this time gave me an appointment. When I arrived I got the same girl who helped me the previous day. She is the reason I am writing this review. Unfortunately, she never said her name. When I explained that I was having a serious problem seeing out of the glasses, her attitude became rude and dismissive. She said, "Weren't you just here yesterday?" in and angry tone. I explained how bad it was and tried to show her the difference in the lenses. I said, " There should be a prism in the lenses." She snapped at me, There IS a prism in them!" I held my ground while she searched her computer for what I do not know. She seemed intent on proving me wrong. I asked if there was a machine she could use to check the prescription and see if the prism was correct. She finally went back to look. Fortunately Glenn appeared at that point (if you go there, insist on having him help you with your glasses) after a while, she came back and told me Glenn said they were sending the glasses back to the lab. I asked if they had the prism in them and she replied (I kid you not!), "I don't know. I don't know how to check." The story has a happy ending. The glasses came back with obviously different lenses and I could instantly see out of them. I wore them driving home. But the way I was dismissed and disrespected has shaken my faith in this practice. I have had more glasses than years that girl has been alive. Eye glasses serve one purpose - to help you SEE. Brushing off a patient and telling them to wear glasses for "at least a week," is dangerous!

I was thrilled that Dr. Lu gave me a glasses prescription that did not make me dizzy (after a…read morecouple of pairs of expensive glasses from other places were just placed in a drawer). In addition, she was concerned about my eye pressure readings and prepared a referral for an opthamologist (of my choice). It turns out that I have glaucoma. So happy that she is so competent and nice.

I decided to give the optometrist in Costco a try after so many recommendations and two failed attempts at getting my eyes examined at a highly recommended Optometrist in my area in Philadelphia who got my prescription wrong TWICE. That overpriced guy's exam took over an hour (both times) and his lenses were dirty and he tried to tell me it was my fault after getting the prescription wrong two times. I went to see Dr Lu in the Warminster Costco and was immediately aware I was dealing with someone who does this day in and day out. She has the expensive machine that does a lot of the refracting using a computer and she does the rest manually, but it was done in about 15 minutes and BINGO, got it 100% right the first time. Best $89 I've spent in years. I bought affordable glasses at the Costco glasses shop last time, but this time just got new lenses and will get another complete frame and lens elsewhere since they didn't have something I love this time. Dr Lu was friendly and efficient and everything was sterile and safe and I can't rave enough about what an easy, professional experinece it was. I will never go to an outside optometrist again. While her optometry practice is located inside the Costco, she is independent and operates her own practice out of their space. I don't have vision insurance, but she accepts many plans. If you are looking to save money and get a very professional eye exam for glasses, she's your gal.

From techs to other members of his medical staff, these exceptional individuals are consistently extraordinary, which I attribute to the exceptional leadership, and fine character of Dr. Clark. From the receptionists onward, everyone is cordial, professional, and personable. They utilize the latest technology for accurately, and thoroughly examining your eyes; it's truly amazing. The service is consistent highly professional, and the office, and equipment are clean, and sterile. There are few physicians I've ever encountered that are finer in the O ophthalmology field akin to Dr. Clark! He has remarkable communication, and people skills. With this combination of technology, knowledge, experience, effective, and efficient patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Clark & Associates.

They delayed my ACN test for 1 month. Then after, they never called to schedule surgery. After I called several times, a week later they set up an appointment to fill out paperwork. The person was not in the office, and I had to drive another 1/2 hour to another office to meet with her. They then rescheduled surgery again because they set it up at the wrong surgical center which delayed it another month. I got my cataract clearance from GP. One week before the surgery the doctor called and said everything was a go. THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY, the office called and claimed they never received the clearance form from GP who I had to call and ask to send again. Then they called back to say surgery was cancelled as their office never did the proper paperwork to get the go-ahead from insurance. I had already started my eye-drops pre-surgery. They HUNG UP THE PHONE on me after saying "welcome to America where no one wants to work, you can ask your question 3 different ways and you'll get the same answer, now let me go do my work"...click. Hung up. I am out all of the money I spent on several visits and eye drops and now have to start all over again and find a new surgeon. And I am seeing double out of my right eye. No one has called to apologize and instead only offered excuses but no solutions. I've never had such an awful experience at a doctor's office and I have seen my husband through 10 operations over the years. I am so incredibly disappointed with this practice, I trusted the doctors and the staff to do the right thing, yet they did not. To be so dismissive and uncaring to people who are at their most vulnerable, needing surgery, is completely unforgivable. I do not recommend Opthalmology Physicians and Surgeons or their parent company ReFocus Eye Health - any of their branch offices - to anyone, ever. I am writing this so others won't have to experience the same blatant disregard for their health and well-being. Run away as fast as you can.
