Great experience at Pearle Vision Irvine, and specifically with owner and manager Komal Kumar. From the outset she was attentive, helpful, friendly, and PATIENT (I tried on a lot of frames and took a while to decide on one haha). She was very informative in explaining all the lens options and what my vision insurance would cover. My Ray-Ban frames were ready for pickup less than a week from when I ordered. When I finally got a chance to pick them up, I got stuck in traffic and arrived 5 minutes after they closed. I had called ahead to let her know I may be late, and she very graciously stayed a little later to accommodate me. That is service above and beyond my expectations! They had all in-house experienced doctors who helped me with my eye check up. All stylist branded glasses a lot to choose from . This place is awesome. I called to see if they were open during COVID19 and to my surprise they were for emergencies only. Dr Laura Cloutier and her staff at Pearle Vision were amazing. I went in not knowing what type of eyeglasses would work best for me. She listened to my concerns and recommended progressive lenses. Alejandra was fantastic. She helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient and very knowledgeable about progressive lenses and picking the best frame for my face.This is my first time wearing progressive lenses and I am so happy with it. Brought my family of 4 in for eye exams for the first time. I had lasik many years ago and my husband never needed glasses so it's been quite awhile since we had seen an eye doctor and first time for the kids (10 and 6). Appointments were easy to make and the office felt very clean and safe. They made sure to wipe everything down between customers and limited the number of people in the office. Dr. Cloutier was great with the kids and Alejandra was super helpful with selecting glasses (we were 3 for 4) and fitting. The entire experience was great. read more

All staff and customers in the store follow CDC guideline-mask and social distancing. Two weeks ago, I went to Pearls Vision in Irvine CA, for a new pair of glasses. I have very high prescription plus high astigmatism. Dr. Cloutier is very patience to check my eyes. A week later, I picked up my new prescription glasses. I wear it at once. They have a wide range of frame styles, so you don't have to shop around 4 different stores to find a frame you like! Definitely a bit pricier than some other eyewear stores. I've been to a few optometrist since I go back and forth between here and the bay but this office is beyond amazing. The staff goes out of their way to assist you and make sure you leave happy. Dr. Laura Lee is an absolute gem! She stops whatever she's doing to listen to any concerns you have then proceeds to do whatever she was doing. She's so sweet and considerate. All the staff members wear masks and they make sure to wipe everything down before and after you touch anything. My son who is 5 years old went in to get his first pair of glasses. Staff is really great, doctors onsite are really knowledgeable and good at explaining everything. Overall selection of frames is very good and they accept most insurances. We highly recommend this place. Also the equipment doctors use is very modern and precise vs the old school stuff where they manually attempt to check your vision.
