I dropped off a Rifle barrel discretely packaged up that needed to be sent off to have some work done they charged me nearly fifty dollars then called me after I had driven away and told me they couldn't ship my package just because they assumed it was a gun part. Based on the address it was going to which is a known barrel service provider. After wasting close to an hour of my time, I got my package back, drove down the road and had it shipped at another business for less than twenty for the same shipping service and speed. In the end Poor service, Terrible parking, and Outrageous Pricing I do not recommend any of their services.

When I pointed that out, they seemed to not care and expressed that they couldn't do anything about it. Thankfully a kind person next to me paid the charge since I did not bring money with me. I…read morehad run out of business cards 6 day before leaving home, so I had Staples print my cards to be picked up in 5 days (they said the order would be ready by the day after ordering) at the Staples store in Jackson Hole. Well, their printer broke and they were not able to print anything until they got a part in the store to fix it. Well, things happen....but they never told their customers about it so that they could make arrangements. So by Friday at the show, I was in a real bind, I called PrintShop22 in Jackson Hole and talked to Carey about my problem. He was incredibly patient and accommodating. I sent him my card design and he was able to print my business cards THAT NIGHT after hours. He placed them into the overnight box by the store for pick up after hours and sent me an invoice later. They don't answer emails and rarely answer the phone these days. . Don't expect any apologies. If you need something such as mail forwarding, expect to email and call several times. You may get an answer eventually. It is very frustrating as the service used to be ok. Every year I hope they will improve, but actually they seem to get worse. They do remember to bill you though. And to increase the price by 10 or 15 percent each year! I do have to applaud their business acumen as they charge for effectively no service. They understand that a lot of people need the service due to limited options in Jackson Hole. This is the only yelp review I have written. I guess they have inspired me.
