Very sketchy company with a smooth sales pitch…read more ***** This review was posted on the former Alliance Van Lines Yelp page. They renamed and moved that page multiple times in order to dodge the poor reviews added there. I've contacted Yelp multiple times, but Yelp has not corrected the page, so I am posting this review on this new, correct business page. This review is for Alliance Van Lines, 2881 E Oakland Park Blvd Fort Lauderdale, https://www.alliancevanlineservices.com/ You can see other real reviews and experiences at the now-fake listing at https://www.yelp.com/biz/alliedvan-lines-oakbrook-terrace ***** Review from 5/29/2019: The agents on the phone seemed professional and very friendly. The price they gave for a cross-country move was amazing (too good to be true). I read the contract details, and it was standard language for a moving Broker; for example, they can cancel your move if they're unable to find a truck and refund you in full (leaving you stuck without a move). That language only scared me because the company has no reviews older than 6 months, and all the reviews seem fake (confirmed by Yelp, showing them as "not recommended" and Google, which removed their business page. Also see their BBB page, which shows them as being in business for 14 years, but with reviews only since January 2019.) I had paid a deposit which the contract showed as fully refundable with enough notice. I gave notice, and had to endure multiple high pressure sales calls before getting the refund 9 business days later (despite the contract saying 7 business days). Be cautious with this company. On 6/11/2019 I was contacted by Jennifer from Alliance Van Lines offering me $100 in order to remove this Yelp review. I can't be bought (well, maybe for $1 million...)

I booked Alliance a few months in advance by calling and speaking to a very nice agent by the name…read moreof Toni. Toni "acted" as if she was interested in helping and assuring me that I would have a great move! I felt as if I could have trusted her, after having conversations about birthdays, my pregnancy, and more. She seemed very genuine (at the time). It's now three days before my move and I am nervous; let me tell you why! I called today because I haven't received a quality assurance call and when I called, I was assured that a Jennifer will reach out to me! I later received a call by a young man explaining to me that he's calling from quality assurance and asked me if I had any questions. I stated that I was mostly concerned about my marble table and asked could I add insurance on. He stated that I could once the movers arrive as well as packaging. I was satisfied with that answer. I then received a phone call from Jennifer. She says that she was from quality assurance as well (which I was quite confused for the second call), and she was to go over my items as well as information. I go over my items and she says that she will need to put me on hold to give me a new quote. When she comes back, the quote is now approx. $200 more than the original. She explains that an extra amount was accrued due to the change of boxes (which I could understand) and now the "delicacy" of my table. I was very irate because, I specifically explained the delicacy and more with Toni (my original agent) and was confused as to why this wasn't relayed to me from the beginning. I was fully transparent from the beginning about all of my items. This is where things get fishy: I ask to speak to her manager (Jennifer) and she states that she's the highest person I can speak to. So I ask her if she has anyone above her and she stated no. At this point, I'm very pissed and hung up. I call back to speak to Toni who I thought had my best interest in heart. I speak to her and she stated that the extra charges would be valid and she's sorry that she miscommunicated. (I felt as if she was informed of my previous conversation with Jennifer and simply complied with her decisions based off of authority.) I also asked to speak to HER manager and she said no. After speaking to them both, I really believe that it's a small company with a small amount of employees, there to get over on people. Fast forward to now, my things will be picked up in 3 days and I actually took the time to read reviews. A lot of others stated that the abused extra charges has happened to them as well, even when the movers arrived. Oh and I actually calculated, my quote for sure has me at an approx. 500lbs more. I also read that we have to pay in money order or cash and I'm very skeptical about that! I'm pregnant and just want to move back home with family knowing that my things will make it to GA safely. I hope this move goes well because I'm surely scared and have anxiety at this point. I do not want to be taken advantage of or messed over. I will be back with an update.

This company is TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY!!! DO NOT USE!! I was fraud by the previous 5-star…read morereviews. I should have realized that the ratings being all 5-star are suspicious!! Wish I could give negative rating here!!! Our treadmill got ruined because of their awful packing service. We showed the evidence that the damage was caused by the packing service rather than transportation or unloading, because the center of the mat was severely scratched. They said sorry for our loss, but they WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY!!! What they do is that they put an disclaimer at the beginning, saying that they don't take any responsibility for your belongings after the door is closed. I prepared 12 blankets for them to use, but they just piled things up and put my treadmill upward. My treadmill is a high-quality one that costs $5000+. I confirmed with them so many times if this is the right way to protect the treadmill, and they said based on their experience, YES! Then my treadmill arrived damaged in the center, which will not be due to transportation or unloading, as the edges or bottoms would have been damaged as well. Showed them the evidence that the damage caused by their loading service, and THEY BLAMED EVERYTHING OTHER THAN themselves, although it is their own fault. They found every possible excuses, and eventually blamed us for choosing their service! They said they did not beg us to work with BustNMove, it is our own decision to choose their service! So now it is completely on us to have made this awful choice and suffer loss. Just to alert everyone, you pay way more than even other professional moving companies, but you only get the cheapest moving service, AND they are not responsible for any mistake they made! DO NOT trust their reply below, pretending that they will try to sort things out. They only called in to claim that THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything, and it is we OURSELVES to blame to have chosen them! These are what they said exactly in the phone call. Hope this review help with people who need moving service. AVOID BUSTNMOVE!

And they managed to move a very large hutch into the basement carefully and efficiently. It is good to see young people with such a good work ethic. If I need to move belongings that I can't handle in the future, I will reach out to BustNMoves again.

The Absolute Worst Moving Experience--Avoid Premier Coordinators and Golden at All Costs…read more I have moved approximately 10 times in my life, and I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I have ever had--which should say a lot. If you're considering Premier Coordinators, let me save you the trouble: DO NOT HIRE THEM. Golden, the so-called owner, and his team turned my move into an expensive, exhausting, and disorganized disaster. This was a move from Southern California to Northern California--a six-hour drive. And yet, thanks to the incompetence of Premier Coordinators, it took FOUR DAYS. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of failure. Golden was supposed to be there for the move himself, but at the last minute, he flaked. Instead of showing up as promised, he left us with only two movers--a single guy and an older woman--who were clearly incapable of handling the job. Because of this, we ended up doing majority of the move ourselves. Let that sink in: we hired a moving company and still had to do the majority of the work. To make matters worse, the movers showed up late every single day. Not once, not twice, but every single day. No urgency, no professionalism, just wasted hours and frustration. And what were their excuses? * "We got a flat tire." Yet, no proof was ever provided. * "We don't have money for gas." Why is a professional moving company not prepared to cover fuel costs? * Mysterious, unexplained delays that had nothing to do with the move itself. We firmly believe they stopped in both San Francisco and Los Angeles to party instead of actually getting our belongings to the destination on time. There is simply no other explanation for why a six-hour drive took FOUR DAYS. Before the move, we even FaceTimed Golden to show him all of our belongings so that he could properly assess what was required. Despite this, he still completely mismanaged the logistics. We ended up needing three trucks total, something that should have been planned from the beginning. Instead, we were left scrambling to rent extra trucks and make last-minute arrangements on our own dime. Despite paying in full for this service, we had to rent additional trucks, cover fuel costs, and even pay the movers directly because Premier Coordinators failed to provide the necessary resources. This was beyond unacceptable--we hired professionals, and yet we had to take over the job ourselves. The lack of organization and professionalism was staggering. At one point, Golden even asked me if I thought his own employees were on drugs. If the owner of the company doesn't trust his own team, how is anyone else supposed to? The lack of oversight and accountability was appalling. After acknowledging how badly his company failed, Golden promised us a partial refund of $2,500. Yet, just like everything else with this company, that promise has not been kept. We are still waiting for our money, and unsurprisingly, Golden has gone completely silent. After the move, I tried to resolve things amicably. Golden told me he would "make it right"--but unsurprisingly, he has been completely unresponsive ever since. No returned calls, no follow-ups--just silence. At this point, I've had no choice but to contact a lawyer because it's clear that Golden and Premier Coordinators have no intention of owning up to their failures. We refuse to let this go unnoticed. We will be posting this review everywhere possible to warn others about this scam of a company. In addition, we are reporting Premier Coordinators and Golden to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure they are held accountable for their disgraceful business practices. Final Warning: DO NOT HIRE PREMIER COORDINATORS If you value your time, money, and sanity, run in the opposite direction. Golden and his team are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience imaginable, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Do yourself a favor and hire a company that actually respects its customers and knows how to do the job right--because Premier Coordinators is a complete joke.

We hired Premier Coordinators for a long-distance move from Southern California to Northern…read moreCalifornia -- a 6-hour drive that somehow turned into a 4-day nightmare. We've moved many times, and this was by far the worst experience we've ever had. Golden, the owner, had promised to personally oversee the move. At the last minute, he backed out, telling us he had recently been in a car accident. While we sympathized with his situation, the fact remains: there was no backup plan, no qualified team in place, and no one took responsibility for delivering the service we paid for. Instead of a full crew, Golden sent two people -- one man and one older woman -- clearly unprepared for the size and scope of the move. The woman was not even his own employee! But a friend of his employee! We ended up doing most of the move ourselves, despite having paid in full for professional help. The movers were late every single day, gave inconsistent excuses (like not having money for gas or dealing with a flat tire -- with no proof), and showed zero urgency. We believe they made unnecessary detours, because there is no logical explanation for why this move took four days. Even after FaceTiming Golden to show him all our belongings in advance, the planning was a disaster. We had to scramble to rent additional trucks at our own expense just to complete the move. We even had to pay the movers directly. Golden acknowledged the failure and promised to refund us $2,500. While he has sent a small portion of that, the vast majority remains unpaid -- and communication has mostly stopped. In his public response, he claims he's slowly sending money and accuses us of "extortion" for writing honest reviews. That's not just dishonest -- it's offensive. Sharing our experience isn't blackmail -- it's warning others. To be clear: Golden promised a service, failed to deliver, admitted fault, offered partial compensation, and still hasn't made good on it. Meanwhile, we were left physically exhausted, financially burdened, and emotionally drained from a move we had to finish ourselves. He even asked us mid-move if we thought his own employees were on drugs -- which says everything you need to know about how little control he has over his team. If even the owner doesn't trust his team, how can any customer? We've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and are pursuing further action. Premier Coordinators is not just unprofessional -- they're untrustworthy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, hire literally anyone else. Final verdict: AVOID PREMIER COORDINATORS. Golden may sound apologetic, but he doesn't follow through. Don't fall for it. Bottom line: Do not hire Premier Coordinators. Golden may sound apologetic, but he doesn't follow through. He blames his workers, his circumstances, and his customers -- but never takes real responsibility.
