Our belongings were packed and transported with perfect care and arrived in great condition. Even our chest freezer arrived with ice still surrounding our meat. Jared was afraid the freezer would be full of water upon arrival due to the extreme heat, but because of his expert advise on how to properly pack it everything was still frozen. We had items going to both a house and a storage unit and they were so careful to make sure everything went to the right places. They also successfully fit everything needed into the storage unit which was indoors and required extra labor to get everything through an elevator. We previously had a poor experience with Manly Moving, but are very happy we gave them another chance and plan to use them again in the future.

We showed the evidence that the damage was caused by the packing service rather than transportation or unloading, because the center of the mat was severely scratched. What they do is that they put an disclaimer at the beginning, saying that they don't take any responsibility for your belongings after the door is closed. I prepared 12 blankets for them to use, but they just piled things up and put my treadmill upward. My treadmill is a high-quality one that costs $5000+. I confirmed with them so many times if this is the right way to protect the treadmill, and they said based on their experience, YES! Then my treadmill arrived damaged in the center, which will not be due to transportation or unloading, as the edges or bottoms would have been damaged as well. Showed them the evidence that the damage caused by their loading service, and THEY BLAMED EVERYTHING OTHER THAN themselves, although it is their own fault. They found every possible excuses, and eventually blamed us for choosing their service! They said they did not beg us to work with BustNMove, it is our own decision to choose their service! So now it is completely on us to have made this awful choice and suffer loss. Just to alert everyone, you pay way more than even other professional moving companies, but you only get the cheapest moving service, AND they are not responsible for any mistake they made! The locals at both departure and arrival points were professionals. We used them twice to load 2 26' trucks for a long distance move. The first move was quick and…read morereasonably efficient; one small issue with excessive weight on top of a tool cabinet resulting in a collapsed corner on the tool cabinet. They charged us almost as much for driving to and from Pocatello to Lava Hot Springs as the charges for loading the truck, however. During the second move, the movers dropped a teak cabinet and deeply scratched the wood floor before they even got out of the bedroom; they reported the scratched floor to us but said nothing about damage to the teak cabinet they had wrapped up for shipment... nor did they mention that there was a 14 day limit to file a claim for any damages. They did not report the damage to either the floor or the teak furniture cabinet to their supervisor. When I called to find out about filing a claim on the insurance they told me was provided for the loading, I was told there is a 14 day limit for filing claims as per their policy (which was in the fine print of some part of the contract.) As I was calling on day 18, there was "nothing they could do..." The crew also charged us full hourly moving rate for the 35 minute drive between Lava Hot Springs and Pocatello, resulting in an additional 3 hours of travel time for the two moves, nearly $500 additional costs. They used my furniture dollys to move 2 large buffets, then charged me extra for overweight objects, and spent nearly 8 hours moving 1 bedroom's and 1 living room's furniture and prepacked boxes by breaking down every piece of furniture into component parts and wrapping each piece with furniture pads and plastic wrap individually. The first 26' truck took 3 hours to load...the second, nearly 8 hours. You can expect a tightly packed truck, a little inappropriate packing, very pleasant workers, some wasted time, and a pretty expensive move with this company...and make sure you read the fine print on the contract.
