This last move for my parents was challenging in numerous ways, and for an extended period of time. It was a tough, tough job. After receiving bids from several moving companies to move our 6000+ sq ft home, we chose Premier Coordinators. Their estimate was less than the other estimates, but what really made us select them was their personalized service and their commitment to do whatever it took to complete our move to our satisfaction. A crew of seven people packed our entire home and a crew of three loaded and unloaded our trucks. They arrived on time and worked very hard until the job was finished. They were courteous and graciously handled even our most difficult requests. We have multiple large furniture items including a 300 pound marble table and 300 pound mirror and they handled them with ease. All of our items were meticulously labeled and put exactly where they needed to go in our new home. Not a single item went missing or was damaged in our move. They even dropped several items off in storage 75 miles away from our new home. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I contacted them by phone and left a message saying that I needed a very heavy piece of furniture moved the same day. Golden returned my call within just a few minutes and made all the arrangements. When I told him that it would need four strong men to lift it, he said he would be there to assist and make sure everything ran smoothly. He kept in contact with me via texts throughput the process and he also arrived at the address ahead of time to prepare for the arrival of the truck and the rest of his staff. They were all very professional and patient while the lighting was hooked up and then they placed the item exactly where we wanted it. We were very pleased with Golden and his moving crew. He had a very competitive bid, great reviews and was always quick to respond which made hiring him a no brainer. Once the moving process got started we saw why he has such great reviews. The crew was very friendly and courteous and worked very quickly to pack up a very full house. I appreciated the way they wrapped and cared for our furniture and fragile items and when all was said and done all our furniture arrived looking just as it did before the move. I wasn't able to be physically present for all parts of the move but Golden was good to communicate their progress and moved everything just how I wanted. They also coordinated moving our grand piano and we were pleased with the quality and care of that move as well. We moved using Premier Coordinators and couldn't have been happier.  I had to move the schedule on them multiple times because my house wasn't ready, but they graciously worked with me and were ready to go as soon as I was.  When the movers showed up, they were ready to go and started moving very quickly.  They wasted no time, expertly and efficiently packing up my things into their truck.  They even handled my large things like a piano and exercise equipment.  They quite literally saved my back and knees!  They were efficient with their time too, loading and unloading quickly.  But the thing I appreciate the most is that they were extremely careful not to ding or dent my new home (or my old apartment). I would give them negative stars, but I have to give them one to leave a review. Just left my friends house and seen what was left to clean up and verify missing items were not at the property. There is thousands of dollars of missing items, and some broken items. They worked at night and were having a party which drew the attention of the neighbor. Some services that were promised were not rendered at the destination. It's outright thievery and people need to be held accountable, ignorance is no excuse. I expect legal proceedings to follow so I hope no one has the misfortune using these people. read more

Example: we moved from a second story apartment with a 90 degree turn from entry down 15 stairs, they moved our dinner table that I handmade, and a lot of other nice furniture, with care and purpose and got it down smoothly without a scratch.
