They were prompt, straightforward with the work order and price to be charged right up front. It was far more affordable then I thought it would be :-) Then he began the cleaning, first vacuuming then with his buffer style carpet cleaner. He was very thorough and moved some furniture that was so heavy I thought he'd have to go around it. The three upholstered chairs, one sofa and two carpeted rooms he cleaned were dry within about 4 hours and looked like new! I can't believe how fresh the house smells this morning. Super satisfied all around. We will be making Sunshine Chem-dry a regular part of our annual Spring cleaning from now on!

That all changed when I called and made an appointment to get my windows cleaned. Not only did he show up on time, he could see what the problem was and went to work applying the right solution to get my windows sparkling clean! He also replaced the window screen since it also had hardwater stains on it. Now with sparkling clean windows and a brand new window screen, I can enjoy the outside view! Who knows when the windows at this house were last washed. They were covered with grime, hard water stains and a thick layer of dust from the extensive remodeling we have been doing. The fellow from Crystal Clear quickly had them sparkling inside and out. It was a pleasure doing business with Crystal Clear. They were very accomodating in scheduling my work quickly and at my convenience. Their employee arrived when scheduled and was pleasant and professional. He got to worked quickly and efficiently and finished what appeared to me to be a "big" job in a couple of hours. And as mentioned before, the windows looked wonderful. They told me they had to have the installer come measure so it would be accurate. Which I had to wait a week for him to come measure. I had to call multiple times to get on the schedule to get my carpet installed. One of the times I called, I was told she was doing payroll and would call me back. I was told multiple times that she would call back and never did. It was over a week after I had paid for the carpet before I finally got to talk to the person to get on the schedule. Then I had to wait another week to get it done. The people to install the carpet showed up and were not told what they actually had to do so they didn't have the tools to pull up the laminate that was there. Luckily we had the tools for them to do that. Then they didn't even have the size that we needed. The professional that came to measure put 12x18 with a fill of 2'6"x18. Well, they obviously don't know what they are doing there because they only sent and charged for a 12x18 piece. So then, we end up having to pay for an entire other roll of carpet because they don't cut rolls. So we had to pay another $315. So the food price was negated by that. It was no Longer a good value. The two that installed the carpet did a great job. That was the only redeeming factor of the whole thing. I probably should have just had them leave because I am going to always have negative feelings about the carpet in the room. I don't understand how "professionals" can't do their job. They should have just let me order the 18x15 piece because obviously I know what I am doing more than they do. I would not recommend them. We still have to finish our basement and wanted to have the same flooring but we will not be using this company again. I will be going somewhere else and highly recommend you do the same if you want carpet.
