Within a few months of our new carpet, it displayed complete matting. I notified our contractor who told me to contact them directly. That was a year ago and Schmidt is just giving me a new run around every few months. I am so fed up and disappointed how this amazing flooring and service company has fallen. One unexpected issue we had after the install was that we have large south facing windows and there is one small part of the floor that receives intense sun/heat all day and this was causing the flooring to bubble just a bit.
