They came back out 3 times to work on the various issues that should have been taken care of at the start. We asked them to help us set our humidifier to keep the floors in good shape, which they did, however; filler and cracks started to work their way out around 9 months after the job. After a year there are large cracks after having the previous refinish last for 9 years. I finally got a hold of them after 2 months of texting//calling and their solution was to ask if they could give us a quote to refinish them again.
