I came to see Ian with various different issues, from chest pain, headaches, to knee pain. After each consultation, I've always felt immensely better. While it does feel like Ian has casted some crazy magic on your ailments, you do have to maintain the stretches/exercises he tells you to do (if he assigns you any). Other than the muscle therapy, I mainly used the Vasper machine when I went to see Ian. He introduced it to me when I mentioned that I suffered from depression. I was skeptical at first, I didn't think it would do much for me. But he mentioned the first 3 tries were free so I was pretty much sold, because I can't say no to free stuff. It was an intense workout, though you never feel sore from it afterwards since it feels like you're working out on top of an iceberg. Ian is a Human Healer ! I recently had issues with my foot to the point I had a hard time walking. I went to a podiatrist, he told me I had tendonitis and needed to rest it for a week. Which was impossible with my work. After 3 weeks of limping around in tremendous pain and giving up my hiking habit, I reached out to Ian for help.
