I can not say enough wonderful things about Becky. She is so patient, caring, and really listens to your needs. I went in to see her for my shoulder - I was originally told I had torn my rotator cuff, however, as we dug deeper she decided that I had just strained it. Which was a total relief! I had 4 sessions with her and she sometimes would spend 85 minutes with me which I really appreciated. I've been wrestling with whether it's too much to say Becky saved my life. After a fairly innocuous surgery to repair a torn meniscus, I figured PT would be easy and that I'd be on the road to recovery quickly. Not the case. I went to three other PTs in the area, did my homework, but was continually scolded by my surgeon that I wasn't doing enough. Traditional physical therapy wasn't working. Then I found Becky. Almost one year and about 30 sessions later, I've never felt better. Each session is an hour rather than 20 minutes; each is a mix of hands-on massage coupled with pilates work; and each one often includes a discussion of how to reset my nervous system and redirect pain, even eradicating it entirely. Some people may not agree or like being told that our pain is in our heads. We want sympathy and understanding for what's bad in our lives and bodies. We believe opioids must be the only thing powerful enough to help. We think pain is bad, and we should spend our lives trying to avoid it. Becky helps change that thinking though, and it means that her PT sessions aren't just helpful but truly life altering. I injured my neck lifting weights and after almost causing an accident because I couldn't turn my neck to change lanes on the freeway, I went to Farm to Treatment Table. I don't know why, but I seem to get much better treatment from medical professionals that don't file directly with insurance. I feel they take much more time to work with you and to help you solve your problems. I was feeling 80% better with one treatment. With each passing day my neck got better and better. I have had lower back pain ever since a hip labral tear surgery in 2017. I had been recommended to Becky before quarantine started but never took the initiative to make an appointment. Once we were quarantined, my back started hurting more than ever and I needed to do something to get it better. We started doing tele-health sessions and I was given exercises to help my pain. I have experienced pain in my back since high school. I fractured my elbow in Jiu Jitsu class and couldn't extend it hardly past 90 degrees due to the swelling. I first came to Becky for what I presumed to be an SI joint issue. I had tried different chiropractors in the past and found no relief. After my first session with her I walked out of there not only feeling great, but with a whole new understanding of what my underlying problems were. After years of improper movement and mechanics, I am re-learning how my body should be working.
