BREAKING NEWS from Peaches Corner in Myrtle Beach , South Carolina ! The Bruiser is coming back. The Bruiser is a Bacon Wrapped Footlong Hotdog deep fried with Chili and Cheese on a Hotdog Bun. It was removed from the menu about 5 years ago and will be returning soon due to so many asking for it. I got to sample one of the test runs. We all gave some suggestions and they will be trying a few variations to see what will be added to the menu. They are also looking at a Breakfast Sandwich that I'm sure would be a hit. Also a new Hamburger that I think will be a great seller. None of these are on the menu just yet , so keep an eye out. They are also looking at adding a few other items to the menu. Peaches Corner has been in business since 1937 before Myrtle Beach was even incorporated in 1938. Wow ! If you check out the counter top you will see pictures of the history of Myrtle Beach covering it. The Pavilion , Magic Attic , Amusement Rides , Beauty Contests , Sun Fun Festival , Alabama , old Cars , Old Buildings , a step back in time. Peaches Corner is known for its World Famous Footlong Hotdogs and Hamburger Baskets. You can also get Chili Dogs , Cheeseburgers , Chicken Sandwiches , Pulled Pork Bbq Sandwiches, Shrimp , Catfish , Onion Rings , French Fries , Ice Cream , and Daiquiris. Lots of choices. So come on down and check them out.

Quick, relative inexpensive, basic food...burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, milk shakes, fries, onion rings, etc. All served with a smile. Would definitely come back.

I'm sorry but I can't say much nice stuff except their fries are good and servers are nice. Not enough for me to give a higher rating than this because ilI think it's a click bait for tourists. You think you're saving but you're not. Rather go in a fast food chain and save 200%. It's located nicely near the boardwalk and the sign says "world famous" food basket and footlong. That got us. I can say they're not true. Food not good for a high price, walk less than 5 minutes mall at the nearest high rise hotel you see, they have much better food there. It's a closed building but the doors are always open like al fresco, so you have to shooo some flies away while eating. For the sake of supporting local, you can try for yourself but don't say I didn't warn you. ;)

good service, classic diner feel. a little pricey but that's expected with the location. i would go back!

Pasta sauce on chili cheese fry's

Food is awful and for 15$ for a footlong hot dog that sonic cooks better is outrageous. The chili is literally pasta sauce. And our waitress said she doesn't even eat the chili here... should've taken that as a hint to not eat the chili.

Funnel cake fries

Decided to take a walk down the Myrtle Beach strip. At the last minute wanted to get a funnel cake late at night. To our delight, Peaches Corner was still open and had funnel cake fries. They were piping hot and delicious! The cashier was super nice. The place is a really cute counter top style restaurant with open doors. We only got funnel cake fries but I'd come back to try more of their menu.

Pulled pork with coleslaw n raw onions

Very fresh authentic pulled pork not disappointed at all. Ali's had the footlong chili cheese beef dog , absolutely delicious

Footlong

Food was terrible. The hot dogs were - off color- the chili was legit cold. We waited over 30 minutes in a not busy restaurant. Cheese fries were hot and okay. The kids liked the funnel fries. However, not at all worth the time or risk of a stomach ache from cold food. One and done. 2 only because the staff were nice.

Will not be back. Very dirty. Bathroom was one of the most disgusting I've ever seen. Food was average at best.

We came here for lunch after looking up places to eat on Yelp. It's hard to see from the road, we…read moreactually passed it and had to turn around. Plenty of parking in the lot. Seating outside and inside. There's also a few arcade games for kids or adults to play as you wait for your order. It's got the feel of a diner on the beach. There was only 2 employees who I believe were also the owners. Great service and hospitality. This place is unassuming, You don't expect the food to taste as great as it does. All the food is cooked fresh. You can taste the quality of the food that is used. The food is served in dog bowls. It's gimmicky, so some people might be turned off or find it unsanitary. They line the bowls with wax paper and I would think have not been eaten out of by dogs. I can't believe I actually had to say it, but after reading some of the reviews I think it was necessary. The food was fantastic. We got the garlic parmesan wings to start. The sauce was flavorful and the wings were drowned in it. Not as much meat as I would like on the wing, but still delicious. I dipped my fries in the leftover sauce. It added to the great taste of the fries which are hand cut and seasoned nicely. I got the double cheeseburger. I added jalapeños, spicy mustard, ketchup, and mayo from the free condiment list. If you have never tried it like this, I highly suggest it. It may sound like too much on the burger, but you will not be disappointed. The burger was fresh and cook exactly how I asked. Just the right amount of condiments and jalapeños were on the burger. I will definitely be returning to try one of the hotdogs they have on the menu. Great experience and looking forward to coming back.

We went in because we saw the 144 flavors of soft serve. Which is completely crazy right???? How…read moredoes one place have so many flavors? It seems like they mix the flavors using syrups. And they have recipes for different flavors. And then put it in their soft serve machine. The flavors did seem to taste like what we ordered. But the ice cream seems to have melted faster than other soft serve places. I'm guessing because of the added syrups? I do have to say the service was good. They were very attentive to helping out customers.

I'm in a mood so I'm sticking with the crappy reviews. After a pretty good dinner up the boardwalk…read more(at Moe Moons-review is pending), my daughter and a few of her teammates wanted some ice cream. It's usually a tradition with us, so we stopped at a local place right on the boardwalk...Iggy's. Should be called Icky's. Three of the girls got soft ice cream and all three thought it was terrible. Here are their comments: Strawberry cheesecake-tasted like vanilla with barely a hint of strawberry. The ice cream was WAY too soft and was melting when the woman handed it to me. tasted watery. Terrible. Coffee- absolutely awful. Tasted like weak chocolate and not even a little bit of coffee flavor. Way too soft. Terrible. Fudge brownie- tasted like coffee flavor, just with slightly more chocolate. couldn't finish it. just terrible. The one girl that got hard ice cream actually liked it and that's the only reason for the second star. Nice chocolaty flavor and thick bands of peanut butter throughout. Very tasty I love ice cream, so I hate giving ice cream joints bad reviews, but Iggy's just wasn't good.
