Ben is very professional and knowledgeable and cares about his work. We had extensive work done upgrading our system for allergies. We have a huge filter Merv11 and ultra violet light to kill molds and bacteria, which living at a lake definitely needs this help. Ben also corrected all the less then average work our builder had done. We noticed a difference immediately and so excited to have had it done. Worth every penny!!! We highly recommend Ben @ Air One Heating company. We plan to continue a yearly contract with Ben. When you find someone of this impressive integrity and quality of workmanship and professionalism ,that you can trust, don't let them go!

I cannot say enough positive about Sam, owner of Air-One, and his highly ethical and dependable…read moreservice. I've had the privilege of working with him on two occasions and both times was very pleased. And to be clear--I'm very hard to please. Most recently, he installed a whole new Carrier heat pump and air handler system for my nky condo--as mine was dying after 14 years. As he promised, my utility bills decreased considerably. I can't believe how much lower they are and have been thrilled about that! Before doing so, I compared prices on new systems from four other local big name HVAC companies who came out to measure assess and give me quotes and was pleasantly surprised that Air-One's price was very competitive--in fact i saved money by going with him compared to the other 4 companies. He also worked to make sure I got a Duke rebate of $300 for the new system. He shows up on time as promised for his service appointments, had very good communication with me as a customer and really knows his stuff! It was evident to me he truly cares about helping people and does it at a fair and reasonable price. I'd highly recommend him!

I had Matt come out and he said it was just a leaky valve where they recharge the system. Total cost was less than half the price of the other. This spring my capacitor went out on a Saturday. There is a process that any reputable HVAC tech would be aware of for investment property payments if they stayed working for the same investors (which obviously is NOT the case with Matt Gregg)...After being told off I had to calm him down and told him that I could just pay him personally and turn in an invoice for reimbursement later if he really needed me to...I had NO IDEA what his charges were or when and how he expected payments but I want NOTHING to do with having someone not paid for services so I sent him a Venmo for $200.00 RIGHT AWAY....I have been undeservingly ghosted ever since. I remembered that he said that he needed money up front for materials for jobs that he was doing and all I can think of is what if I paid him for materials and got ghosted after he got the money.....I am WARNING anyone considering doing business with this guy (whom I found on Craigslist) to run the other way...Something just isn't right about this guys practices and morals.

He listens to me when I tell him something is going on with our furnace and what I have noticed . He's been cleaning up a mess that the company I used for years created and charged me an arm and a leg for - including an intermittent gas leak coming from inside the furance because the parts were not tightened enough . I had the 1st. company come out and the guy said there was no gas leak ( but he didn't even use a gas sniffer to check it ) . But then he wants to add more duct to my duct work . At that point I was done with that company . I contacted Mike the day of the blizzard because the temperature totally dropped in our house . I thought he'd come out the next day . Turns out he came that day during the blizzard . Turns out the other company guy disconnected the 2nd, stage boost to the heat . Mike figured it out right away - fixed it and we had heat again . HE is the BEST .

Today, I called him because of a noise my a/c has been making, that he figured was the fan motor. Unfortunately, like when you take your car to the mechanic, it isn't making the noise today, so he cleaned and oiled it, and charged me a lot less than I was expecting to pay, since he didn't have to replace the motor. By the way, somehow his Yelp listing says that he takes credit cards. He doesn't.
