The owner, Tony, diagnosed the problem and had a man come out the next day to replace the damaged box and all the breakers in it (they were all reaching their end-of-lifespan, 40+ years). The technician performed the swap-out service with excellence. Courteous, organized, quiet, and focused on the task like a laser beam. He concentrated non-stop for five hours in cramped quarters and replaced the box and all its breakers. The wiring inside the new box was expertly organized and tidy. His interactions with me were knowledgeable and cheerful. A very pleasant professional. I am pleased to recommend Valentino Contracting without reservation. Every time I have used them my problem has been solved, and the work has been top notch.

He explained things thoroughly. And I now have surge protectors to prevent this from happening again. He even offered to bring me a window ac but it wasn't necessary because he was here early the next morning and had it up and running and let me know about how long it would take. Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.
