There was no clear explanation beforehand that they might be unable to complete the grooming, and no real guidance or alternatives offered when they stopped. If a business is not equipped to handle certain cats or more difficult grooming situations, that should be communicated clearly before starting the appointment. Leaving with a partially shaved cat and little explanation was frustrating and disappointing.
