Andrea is a phenomenal groomer who will not only groom your dog as asked, but treats your dog as if they were her own. Many times she has caught health issues that my vet couldn't find. There is never any judgment, just honest communication so you can address things if necessary. Down to the tiny bumps and lumps that most dog owners miss. If you have never groomed your dog yourself, you will never truly be able to understand the dedication, awareness and communication that is required to do this job. As someone who has attempted to groom my own dogs, the respect for Andrea is immense. If you love your dogs and consider them members of your family, Andrea is the groomer for you. I've taken my dog to several groomers over the years, these guys are simply the best. She's a large all white shep/husky mix and she comes out snow blind white, smelling great and FULLY deshedded. The price is absolutely worth the quality. A while ago they had a malfunction with a dryer and it sprayed some graphite in her undercoat, wasn't visible till a couple days later and they rewashed free of charge with no hesitation. 10/10 all around. read more

I was looking for a good pet groomer in the area and came across this. I dropped off my dogs from noon. I've been waiting between 2-3pm so I called. They said they weren't ready yet. 5-6pm, still nothing so I went to place and they told me the pets weren't ready because they're short-staffed. Dogs were done almost around 8pm. I usually understand situations like this and the groomers are most likely tired by then, but i think what really didn't sit with me is the fact that my senior dogs waited for 8 hours with what I could imagine must've heightened their anxiety. I probably should've pulled them out earlier. I heard good things about this place, but sharing this experience with a couple customers, they couldn't believe it either. Wear. Your. Masks. I followed their safety protocol by calling agaric but what's the point if their groomers are going to blantantly put my health at risk? I called to let them know I was here to pick up my dog. He comes out unleashed, completely rambunctious and out of control. The unmasked groomer begins to OPEN THE DOOR WITHOUT EVEN HOLDING ONTO HIM. I told him he needed to grab ahold of him and back up. He holds him and then when I enter, he steps VERY close to me, again unmasked. I am furious. Not only did he put my dog at risk by almost letting him escape but put my health at risk. Unprofessional. I let him know I was upset because I have an at risk family member. Careless. I took my golden doodle puppy here and had the puppy package. The grooming took hours... I forget the exact times but somewhere around 3-4 hours for a medium size golden doodle. This means they keep dogs for long periods of time waiting to get their haircut which was never told to me when I arrived. I never got a time estimate of when she would be ready and I had to call them to ask for my dog back. I think they panicked and started on her grooming immediately after I hung up they said 45 more minutes and then called in 20 minutes saying she was ready for pick up. I came in and she had a long piece of uncut hair super obvious by her leg pit. I asked to get it off and they were nice about it and apologized. I also asked why it took so long and they said because she is a puppy she kept moving around. However it should not take multiple hours. Her haircut was very patchy all over as well. For a grooming that took as long as it did I shouldn't be able to point out all these patches of longer hair. She cried all the way home which is very unlike her. It also makes me wonder how my dog was able to potty if she was there for so long. From far away my dog still looked cute but there needs to be more communication to pet parents. read more

Finding a good groomer is just as stressful as trying to find someone to cut your own hair. Andrea is FANTASTIC!!! I had taken my golden to another groomer in town, and even when I used pictures to describe what I wanted, he came out looking NOT like a golden. His hair was cut so short that he just gave me this pathetic look and had no pep in his step. He literally walked around with his head down until his hairs grew back. I brought my "baby" into Andrea for a badly needed trim and clean up. I described what I was looking for but I did not show her any pictures. I just trusted her based on her great reviews. I picked him up a three hours later and he looked amazing. Just amazing. Soft, fluffy, trimmed, and my dog literally pranced walking out of the shop. I would highly recommend her. If you have a dog that has a higher maintenance coat such as a poodle mix, I wouldn't recommend Andrea's. They were fine when he was a puppy, but as he got older and his hair required more care, the quality of service and attention to detail from Andrea's decreased. I don't think it's necessary or productive to rehash my specific complaints in a public review, so I will leave it at that for now. We took our older dogs for a couple of years and they always did a great job. My little girl passed away in October 2020. We got 2 Shih Tzus and started taking them slowly so they could get good job. We took them back after moving 30 miles north. Still trusted them to do a great job in which I provided my goal for both of my girls. WE WILL NEVER TAKE AGAIN! We were told we had the first appointment of the day 8:00 a.m. FOUR HOURS LATER, we went to pick them up and my poor girl's hair was butchered and the claim was they had tons of mats. Then to top it off they added $60.00 on top of $120.00 and 4 hours with a shotty haircuts. Now my girls are terrified every time I try to groom them. I will go with the mobile services around our area where they come to your house and perform their services. Cost twice as much but I will never go to shop services were they are treated like livestock. They obviously make appointments for additional dog. read more

This was the fourth groomer I tried since adopting my terrier mix. They were all "ok" but I wasn't completely happy with the results. Decided to try Andrea's based on reviews. So happy I did. There were a LOT of dogs there, either waiting to get groomed or picked up. The groomed dogs I saw looked really nice. Most of them were like my dog - terrier/shih/poodle types, under 25#. Even though my dog was a little nervous from all the activity, I left her to get groomed. I picked her up a couple hours later and she looked fantastic!
