I didn't want my dog to think it needed to jump up to get my attention during the consultation so I sat on the floor in the exam room. Dr Dailey came in, and actually sat on the floor with me to have our conversation. I definitely did not expect that. When we spoke to the reception staff Kayla, she was exceptionally kind, calming and reassuring. We were initially set up with an appointment on Wednesday with Dr Daly, however later in the day an appointment with Dr Csiszer came available on Tuesday. We came into the clinic and were greeted by friendly staff, in a very clean reception and waiting space. The office does NOT have the typical vet smell, and has plenty of space for waiting without interacting with other pets. We waited a short time and filled out paperwork, and then were called to the back. We met with a very kind vet tech, who walked through our pets health history and then took him to the back for the initial exam with the Dr. Dr. Csiszer came to the exam room to talk us through options after consulting with Dr. Daly and then sent the vet tech back with an estimate for the surgical procedure to place a plate and pins in our pets jaw. We opted to leave our pet over night to expedite the process to get him into surgery, by Wednesday mid day, he was in surgery. In total, he spent 6+ hours in surgery with Dr Csiszer, and consult from Dr. Daly. She called at 8:30 pm to provide an update on his condition and spent 20+ mins on the phone with me explaining what they did, how the procedure went, and how my pet was doing. She answered my questions and put me at ease. On Thursday we picked up our boy at 10:30am after receiving very exceptional instructions from Bettina. The check out staff was kind and efficient. While the procedure was not inexpensive, you absolutely get what you pay for, amazing care and treatment of your animal.

Our sweet Teddy, a 14-year-old terrier mix who had always been full of spirit and puppy-like joy, had suddenly fallen ill. Just two weeks prior, he was his usual energetic self, bounding around the house as if age had no hold on him. When we brought him to the clinic, we hoped for a simple explanation. What we received instead was devastating news: Teddy had aggressive lymphomic cancer that had quickly spread throughout his body. Dr. Shelton was the one who gently, respectfully, and clearly delivered the news that no pet parent ever wants to hear. He showed a deep sense of empathy--not just for Teddy, but for us as well. He explained everything with honesty and patience, giving us room to process and ask questions without ever making us feel rushed. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, every staff member made a painful situation just a little more bearable. Our vet tech, Hope, was incredibly gentle and present, offering silent support and care that meant more than she'll ever know. And Debbie, who greeted us at the front desk, was such a bright, calming presence. Her genuine warmth and kindness in our time of need helped soothe the ache in our hearts, even if just for a moment. But I knew that I needed to write my review after the amazing service I received from Rest Assured. My beloved dog went into surgery last year, very early on in the pandemic. I wasn't even able to hand him off to the vet directly due to COVID restrictions, I had to put him in a kennel where the vet then picked him up. He was so confused and scared and that was the last moment I had with him before he passed away. I was told the surgery went well but then all of a sudden things took a turn for the worse and he passed away from septic shock. I couldn't believe it, I was in shock and all I wanted to do was see him and say goodbye but I wasn't allowed to, again because of COVID restrictions. I was beside myself. After finally calming down, I decided to have him cremated and found out that he was being transported to Rest Assured. I called Rest Assured to see whether I would be able to cremate some of his favorites things with him and they said of course, which meant a lot. I asked whether I could see him and they said they didn't recommend it because he doesn't look like the dog I would remember... his eyes were open, he had blood on his nose, bandages around his belly, etc. I explained that I never got the option to say goodbye and was heartbroken. The woman I spoke to said that I could make the choice when I went in to drop the items off. I really wasn't sure in that moment what I would do, though everyone told me not to see him. When I arrived at Rest Assured, the woman told me that one of the owners spent hours with my little guy, putting him in a position where I would feel good about seeing him. I decided to trust her and chose to see him. It was the best decision I could've made. He looked like he was sleeping, resting in peace. I can't put into words how much that meant to me... To see him one last time, not scared and confused, but at peace... It was everything. They did not have to go through this extra effort, especially given we were in a pandemic, but they did. I was able to say my goodbyes because of the extra effort that was put in by the owner and it truly meant the world to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our Junior passed away after a long and hard fight with FIV. We took him in last summer after he…read morespent most of his 14 years on the streets being abused. He was terrified of people but came to trust us as we cared for him. He declined quickly and we made the tough decision to say goodbye at Wilvet South. They work with this company and sent Junior to them with our permission. We got an email from WCPM less than an hour after Junior was gone. We took a couple of days to grieve and process and made the selections on the website. We chose the photo urn and a clay pawprint. We submitted our choices and paid on 4/28, two days after Junior left us. He was cremated on 5/1 and we didn't receive notification that he was ready until 5/6. Longer than expected, but maybe they're very busy right now. My partner went and picked Junior up. We live very close so it was convenient. He said the person he talked to was friendly and the process was quick: just sign a form and you get your pet back. Junior was in a velvet bag that was placed inside a paper gift bag. His pawprint was in a case similar to a jewelry case. There was an unmarked envelope that contained a certificate of cremation, which was a bit unexpected. We were expecting a card or something nice, not something so....clinical. The urn is fine, it looks a bit cheap. You have to unscrew it from the bottom and see your pets ashes in a bag if you want to put a photo in it. That's a bit much for us so we are going to see if we can slot a photo of our special boy in through the front of the frame instead. The thing that really dropped my rating happened today, the day after we brought Junior home. I was cleaning up and dealing with the bags left over after we put Junior on our mantle. The velvet bag has cremains on the outside of it. I picked it up and immediately touched the cremains of a pet, and I'm choosing to tell myself that it's not my Junior because that would break me in ways I can't even describe. It was clear that whoever packed our boy up put the bag on a surface that had cremains spilled on it. The cremains looked and felt like both ash and ground up bone. I immediately felt sick to my stomach and felt like I was going to pass out. What kind of careless person spills someone's beloved pet, doesn't clean it up, and then puts a pretty bag that goes to the client on top of that? How do you not immediately clean up something like that? Is the work area such a mess that this is unavoidable? Do they just spill cremains all over the place? Do they empty the cremulator all over a countertop and just sweep the remains into a plastic bag? What are they doing that this happened? It's completely unacceptable and the several people I've told about it have agreed. It was incredibly upsetting in the moment and now I'm just furious that these people were careless enough to allow it to happen. I would not allow WCPM to take care of another pet of mine when they're gone. We didn't have a choice this time, but next time I'm going to make sure we do. The veterinarian performed a physical exam and said he couldn't find anything obviously wrong, so he recommended an X-ray. I paid over $100 for the X-ray, and the results came back showing that nothing was found. After that, the vet recommended pills, shots, and a new diet. I explained that I had a $400 budget and was simply asking what was absolutely necessary at that point. Instead of working with me or explaining my options compassionately, I was made to feel ashamed for having a financial limit. I was told, essentially, "What are you going to do if it costs more?" and the possibility of my cat dying was brought up in a way that felt extremely insensitive and judgmental. I ultimately spent over $400 at this vet as I moved forward with all of the vets recommendations (shots, new diet, pills) , despite the fact that the X-ray had not identified a problem, and tragically, my cat passed away only a week later. I understand that veterinarians cannot always determine what is wrong immediately, and I don't expect anyone to be able to predict the outcome of an illness. What I do expect is compassion, transparency about treatment options and costs, and respect when a pet owner says they have a financial limit. I left this experience feeling pressured and judged rather than supported during an incredibly difficult situation. Losing my cat was heartbreaking enough, and I wish I had felt more compassion and understanding from the people I trusted with his care.

Since Kota is very anxious & dog-reactive, they let us call upon arrival and enter through a side door. Dr. Kate kindly embraced our reactive pup without hesitation and did a thorough, head-to-paw exam. After running quick tests, she clearly demonstrated how to apply the prescribed ear drops. The entire process--exam & checkout--happened right in the exam room. Our previous vet always took Kota to a back room, which he hated, so we loved that Four Corners kept him with us the entire time. We adored our old vet in CA, but we left completely wowed. Don't let the negative online reviews fool you--the staff, facility, and care here are fantastic. I highly recommend them!
