Microsoft said they were no longer supporting Windows 10. Since my computer was no longer upgradable, I went back to Cyber Knight with a Lenovo printout. Avrumi told me that he could do better than what I brought him and he did. He transferred my data and after a few calls, told me it was ready. I highly recommend Cyber Knight for all of your computing needs.

I contacted Apple as soon as my new Mac mini 5 months) just stopped working. Deep into the pandemic, Apple informed me that it could be 5-6 weeks before they're able to return the computer back to me, without providing me a loaner. They informed me that their was an authorized repair facility, I contacted them, spoke with Alan, he informed me that they could get me in in 4 days. I was apprehensive and would have preferred that Apple take care of my device directly. However, after dropping off my computer, Alan informed me that it could be 4-5 days.... Alan called me back within 2 hours, informed me that my computer had a defective logic board, and he would try and have it repaired by tomorrow, but it could be Monday. Alan asked if I had backed up my informed, fortunately, I use iCloud. Alan called me Friday morning, informing me that the computer had been repaired and was ready to pick up. I strongly recommend bringing you Apple equipment to advanced micro distribution channels.

I was gone for a vacation so I really didn't mind order taking more than expected, but got pretty disappointed with what was done with my pc. They informed me the price for custom rebuild will he around $150, including the cable managements, parts assembly (I specifically requested for the heatsink installation) None of them were done. No cable managements, heatsink wasn't installed, GPU sustainment and support weren't installed so the GPU was just hanging by one beam, Kept telling me that their technician must have forgotten it, and if I come back the following day everything should be done. When I visited the next day, the heat sink literally fall off as I opened up the pc right in front of them. At that point I was just done with everything, paid the full price(funny enough, custom build for SFF is "supposed to be more expensive" but I guess they charged me the $150 instead) and left. I had a really nice experience with linx8 2 years ago, with their customer service and pc support until this time, hopefully it won't happen again.

Friendly, patient, professional, personable…read more Friends or even a few customer service representatives we contacted about computer and printer problems would guide us in fixing things without teaching us anything. Or sometimes these dial-an-expert types would have me perform a quick fix and, in the process, change other settings leaving us with new, confusing problems. One problem Epson customer service didn't help me with concerned my printer that I bought because it was wireless. Except after a year it still didn't print wirelessly. Not only did John fix that but he set up 2 choices in the computer software so that I can print with the Epson connected to my laptop when wifi is out. Also, he understands what would be helpful for us to know and what we don't need to know. Just like I don't need to know everything about how my car works in order to use my car efficiently. We hired him to work with us for an hour, even though there are lots of things we know he could have taught us that day. After an hour, we were at overload, and just wanted to practice the things he showed us. But we will certainly hire him again to show us how to use our iPhones, the TV remote, how to use Netflix etc. He left us a folder with pages of definitions of "techy" words. He is knowledgeable about the PCs (Dell) my husband uses, and Apple products like my MacBook Air laptop. It's great feeling that we can still be in touch with all the young people in our family, even in spite of shelter-in-place, and also that we can access all the great entertainment available online. That's what John did for us.
