My wife dropped it off and they called me while she was there in order to get extra info. Super friendly people. They told me 2-5 days because they needed the part ordered. They did inform me the warp in the case may need to be addressed while they were in there and they were going to call me after they opened it. I got a call from Alan not much later and he told me the warp wasn't an issue and the original repair was all that was needed. Again super friendly and courteous. Imagine my surprise when I get a call the next day, less than 24 hours later, my computer was ready for pickup. Talk about under promise and over deliver. The one caveat I had was they needed access to the machine. I had to give them my password which is a bit a disconcerting and did not have a chance to reschedule. I wish I had known that up front I would have created a second account for them to use. Other than that, I was really impressed by AMDC and Alan. I would use them again without hesitation.
