You would not believe how many poor customer service ridden places we had to call (who were happy to simply ignore us or argue with us about our needs...) until we found the heaven of which is In2 Computers and Vinny. We called ahead and Vinny was the most polite person we had spoken to all day! Their customer service is on par and he told us to just bring some of the parts we do have into the store to make sure we were going to buy compatible hardware. The store itself is very easy to find and is in a plaza down Sample road. We got in quickly and Vinny helped us super fast! He took the processor we brought in, cleaned it up and did the research online of what motherboard would work perfectly with our part. He then went to the back of the shop and brought out the exact model he had earlier researched. He also made sure that the RAM card we had was compatible as well. Ultimately, we will definitely return here for all of our computer needs thanks to Vinny, He single handedly showed us what wonderful service In2 Computers has to offer. If you need anything fixed or even anything to purchase definitely come here. We were really impressed by their customer service and the knowledge and critical thinking skills they had to offer.

Like most of us, computer owner folk know, that computer repair is very expensive because of all the "fees" and "gimmics" and stuff like that places like Geek Squad use to rip you off. I usually like to go to locally-owned stored; however, most of them were very rude, wanted to charge me a lot of money, or it was obvious they didn't know about computers. Then I found this hidden gem in Hollywood, Fl: The Tech Shop! There's no hidden fees and the person who owns the store is a great person. He took my computer and told me he'll call me about what's needed. Without a diagnostic fee, he told me what needed to be done. Then in only a day, the computer was fixed. My computer has been working great ever since. Turns out it was something simple as a BIOS update and a clean-up. However, there were no hidden fees and the price was great. Heck, I would even pay more if he had asked. I would recommend this store to anyone who has issues with his/her computer and want to avoid spending as much as a new computer.

I researched smaller independent companies in the Fort Lauderdale area. I hoped to receive more personalized service and created a short list. I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions. Do yourself a favor and if you have a computer problem or issue, give them a call. You will be pleased with the results!

I had previously used Pst Computers but they seem to have gone out of business. So, what to? The answer was Yelp to the rescue which quickly came up with BBM Tech Computer Solutions. I gave BBM Tech Computer Solutions a phone call telling them I wanted to erase Microsoft's Edge and be able to receive email from petrxinc.com. I was told their hourly rate for work at my home location was $198/hour and that it would take about an hour to fix the matter. I said OK, and we set up a time and date. BBM Tech Computer Solutions showed up exactly the time and date they said they would. Their computer solutions expert, Brandon was friendly, polite, and professional. He immediately discovered that the reason I was not receiving the email I wanted had nothing to do with my computer, but with the sender's server that blocked all emails going to gmail addresses. He then advised me not to remove Microsoft Edge as it was embedded and its removal could harm my other computer functions. He then did a PC Optimization maintenance covering: -Windows Updates - PC Updates - Microsoft Store Updates - Microsoft Office Apps - Misc Software Updates - Virus Scan/Clean - Webroot Check/Scan - Web Browser Update - Disk Cleanup - Disk Defrag - Driver Updates - BIOS Updates Overall, I was well pleased with BBM Tech Computer Solutions so it's five Yelp stars.

Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. They have phone accessories and electronics you can purchase just not for my older phone alot of iphone stuff. It is located in the Promenade in Coconut Creek. He gave two choices to fix it, replace the cover for over $100 plus the installation cost of $80, and at least a week's wait, or, if I didn't mind having two very small screws visible on the back of the case, $80 and I could wait while it was being fixed; 45 minutes later I left with the repair done.
