And I mean it was taken apart with no labels whatsoever about where the parts went. I was not in a rush to get it fixed and they got it back to me in under a week. When I picked it up, the employee briefed me on what he did as well as how he lubed a part that he noticed was dry before putting it back together. He didn't charge me for that. The second laptop, Toshiba Satellite, I brought in because I had wiped it clean and did not know how to reinstall all the missing drivers. They got it back to me within a few hours and gave me a discount since I work in the exchange mall. The employees are very nice, helpful, and will answer your questions/concerns. I also appreciated how they do a little extra and brief me on everything they did. I highly recommend them! They are located in the exchange mall in Schofield. When you enter from the main entrance take a left at Starbucks. They're about the 3rd store on the left side. Also, when I brought in my hp, it was pricier and I had to pay a deposit before I left due to them having had customers who left their laptops there without paying when they were told there is no way to fix it.
