But if you want it yesterday they will do everything they can to get you moving quickly I lost all of my picture and it turned out to be that the battery was so blown up it just been charged so much while the bottom line is I drive a truck and it gets plugged in a lot especially for navigation. And the screen basically cracked I called them and they originally said to be 230 bucks for a screen. I didn't know they needed the battery too and that was 85 more. The good news is a quote you ahead of time and you kind of know what you're going to pay so you can be ready. I was surprised it ended up costing me $353 but hey you know what it's okay. I could have had it done then and been gone however they didn't have the screen and stock they had to order it only took a day and they got it in that's great by me. And they do a lot of things for a lot of stuff they not only do your phones that some people say you can't change batteries yes they can they do laptop desktop software and hardware repairs and they sell and buy phones and tablets all of the markets not really good you ain't going to get much for a flip phone you might get a quarter LMAO! THAT BEING SAID THOUGH IT'S A NICE EASY MALL STORE ONE OF THOSE CELL PHONE PLACES BUT THEY TAKE ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. I didn't have to get a new phone yet I can hold on to this one for a little longer so hey it's all good. I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. I did show the vibration issue to the technician when I dropped off the phone, and he mentioned that he thought it could be related to the camera. I also followed up specifically to ask if the vibration issue had been taken care of. When I picked up the phone, unfortunately, the vibration issue was still not repaired. Both technicians made it sound like repairing or replacing the vibration motor may be a more involved repair. If that's the case, maybe the phone needs to be replaced, or the necessary part needs to be ordered. I'm happy to bring it back in. Just to clarify, the screen was never cracked on this phone. The phone was dropped, and it appears the impact dislodged or damaged multiple internal components. I'd just like to make sure all of the issues caused by the drop are addressed.
