I scheduled a walk through with Lupe last week so she could see the size and condition of our house and got a quote for the first initial deep clean and then the costs for a monthly clean thereafter. She explained clearly what they would do in each room and gave a very reasonable quote. The first initial cleaning was scheduled for today and she texted ahead of time to confirm. The team showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were quick and much more detailed than I was anticipating. Couches were vacuumed, blinds were wiped down, the entire exterior of fridge was cleaned, microwave inside and out and all the cabinets doors wiped down. They did such a good job that I didn't want to cook in my sparkling clean kitchen tonight. Lupe also texted to schedule our next appointment and has us down for a cleaning every 4 weeks after. I was quoted and paid over $300 for a whole house cleaning to prep my property for sale. It needed a good scrub from top to bottom, and there was a walk-through. The house was already empty, so there was nothing to obstruct their work. I was in town a few days after they finished and was confused, to say the least. Windowsills were clean, but windows and the glass screen door were left uncleaned. Kitchen counters were not wiped off, but the refrigerator and freezer were clean. Backsplash was not wiped down, nor was the microwave. Vinyl floors were dingy. Because the property was going on the market, I spent about 2 hours finishing the job. I would have been willing to pay more for a thorough job. I didn't have time for them to come back and fix their work. Would not recommend. read more

Payless started out doing a good job first couple of times. I was assured I would have the same crew each time, which quickly and repeatedly changed for one reason or another. My cleaning requests were virtually ignored, they come in and do what they feel like doing. After first couple visits the crew repeatedly cleaned only in front of things, never under or behind and spend more time beautifully folding toilet paper than cleaning in the bathroom. In their rush to get in and out in as little time as possible, when they weren't crashing the central vacuum into the baseboards and furniture they were dropping it on the walls and hard floors causing dents. There were also mysterious white spots (bleach?) appearing on the carpet and rugs. Then I discovered them sitting in the stairwells or in the bathrooms playing with their phones and that was the end. read more

Contacted Lupe for an entire house clean this morning, she stated that she would stop by today to give a quote (Thursday) and clean tomorrow (Friday). After asking for my address, she never showed up or replied to my email. After waiting around all day and sending several emails asking if she was still available she said, "No for tomorrow. I hired them to clean my home which is 3,500 sq ft. Three ladies showed up and they were in and out in ONE HOUR and charged me $180... I got to looking around and realized they hadn't dusted thoroughly. Furniture in my bedroom was dusty, furniture in the halls were dusty. Items on shelves were DUSTED AROUND, some items and shelves were NOT DUSTED AT ALL. Wood accents in my bathrooms were not dusted. Items in my kitchen & bathrooms were not even picked up to clean underneath. Kitchen seating was dusty. Either they did not vacuum my carpet or else they walked on it after vacuuming. Lupe and her team are nothing short of amazing. I had them do a deep spring clean and have had them back with follow up cleanings every two weeks. They clean things I wasn't/don't even expect them to clean. The "special touches" are awesome too. Towels folded special in each bathroom, replacing waste basket liners with their own.
