Just requested a quote from this place and they were quite short, quite rude actually, saying "no, we don't provide that service." I requested a cleaning service and isn't "clean" in your business name? I thought that one other 1-star review was an anomaly but clearly they just aren't a quality business. For the record, we have a 700k new construction home in a desirable neighborhood that would have been a straight forward project. Avoid this place and look elsewhere. read more

Erica and the team are really wonderful. I highly recommend them. They do a great job of all my expected monthly cleaning needs at a reasonable price (ie floors mopped, vacuuming, countertops, bathrooms, etc) and you can also do add-ons for things like laundry. I like the convenience of scheduling and paying on the Peachy Clean website and it serves as the base of communication. The one thing that I wish is that I had more direct communication with the people coming to do the clean. I have met many on my way out the door and they have all been very nice and professional. I just wish there was texting or something during the clean so they could ask me questions or I could let them know something I forgot to say upfront. To be clear, Erica is quick to respond to any issues after the fact. So if you're relaxed about these things, I would say even that will not be an issue for you. read more

We used Peachy Clean in a pinch to get our house ready for a weekend of houseguests. Erica was super friendly and accommodating, even when we gave special instructions on how to deal with our grumpy cat. We came home from work to a spotless house, top to bottom, that smelled nice with no harsh chemical smell! I can't believe how detailed she gets! Every picture frame = dust-free. Every corner of every bathroom = spotless. Couches = vacuumed. She even dusted things we haven't touched since we moved in (I'm looking at you, guest-room windowsill). Booking and paying through the website was also super easy. It was nice to be able to handle that all online and not have to worry about awkward payment conversations at the end or worrying that you're overpaying. We figured it would take three hours and it took three hours. The price is right there, so we knew exactly what we would pay. And if you don't think you're fancy enough for a cleaning service, think again! We both work, one of us is in grad school, we literally didn't have enough hours left to get our house ready for our company. This was the easiest money we've ever spent. Five stars! Hand down the best cleaning I've had in Portland. I contacted Peachy Clean before going out of town on a business trip and when I came back, my house looked like I had never lived there (which is a good thing considering the state I left it in). It was super easy to book online and I got a response back that same day. Luckily, they were able to fit me in last minute. I asked for a list of things to be done since I can never seem to get to them. Everything was spotless. She was even able to get to some things that I didn't realize needed cleaning. Erica sent me a cancellation email as I was waiting for her arrival. She drove by and said the apartment didn't look "safe". I was left without a cleaner a day before family comes. If you have an apartment with a not so pretty facade I don't recommend you schedule her to clean your space. She advertises as queer friendly, but the classist undertones of the cancellation email are just disappointing. Yikes. read more

I have been using Peachy Clean for several months. They are prompt, communicate by email your cleaning date and time the day before. If there are any problems say you need to change, it is easily worked out. I pay by credit card including tip. They get back to you quickly. Reached out to peachy clean a few months ago, and initially received great service and help from Erica. She was able to fit us in on a regular schedule. Cleaner was timely for the first two cleanings, and did a good job. Was thrown off when we had our third cleaning scheduled, and, unfortunately, the cleaner never showed up. I reached out to Erica and she stated it was a scheduling error and the cleaner was not notified of our appointment. I understand that mistakes can happen and Erica was kind enough to help reschedule ASAP and give us a discount. But, then for our rescheduled cleaning, no one showed up again. And, working to reschedule missed cleanings was slightly difficult due to working around my night shift schedule and my roommates work from home schedule. I reached out to Erica, and didn't hear back until sending a follow up email about cancelling future cleanings. Unfortunately, I've just been left very confused by the situation after being very pleased with their customer service and cleaners. read more

We are beyond happy with Peachy Clean. You could not ask for nicer folks and the work they do is nothing short of impressive. Our 1st deep cleaning was indeed a DEEP cleaning. I actually saved $200 thanks to Peachy. My wife and I purchased a new toilet to replace one that was so etched with stains it was impossible to clean. I tried. My wife tried. Even our last cleaners tried week after week. The general consensus was... there was no hope for this pot and it was time to flush money down the toilet for a new one. And then came Peachy Clean.... suddenly the original toilet looked brand new and the one in the box went back to Costco. (Care to guess how many strange looks you get when you return a toilet? The answer is about 3,500) Oven, fans, carpet, tile, windows... these guys were magic. I hired Ericka to clean my empty kitchen before a move. I went over what was needed(fridge, stove, cupboards wiped out). She stated it would take the recommended 2.5 hours. It was not in bad shape by any shape of the imagination. She lost the payment I left for her. When I returned home the top and bottom of the fridge were dusty, everything but the bottom shelfs were still dusty, and floor was not clean. Inside the fridge and stove were okay. I would not hire her again or recommend her. read more
