Lupe and her team deep cleaned my apartment today and I could not be happier with the job they did. They showed up right on time and spent 3.5 hours thoroughly cleaning every nook and cranny. My apartment wasn't even this clean when I moved in. I have an old bath tub that had discoloration and staining that I have watched you tube videos and tried multiple products to try to clean. I had given up on it ever looking clean due to the stains. Lupe made it look amazing; it's a miracle. Lupe came out for a move out cleaning and did a great job. The only thing I didn't appreciate was that she changed the quoted price and said that everything was extra. Stove, fridge, even bathrooms she claimed was extra. So we negotiated a new price. But she worked hard and got the place spotless. Was given a pre-clean/walk through quote of $275. Seemed expensive compared to others, but they seemed thorough during the pre- walk through to get the quote. My house is 1790 sf and 2 years old, for reference. My first impression after they left: They did not clean the top of the shower frame in either bathroom, and it was very apparent that cleaner had been squirted on the fridge, and the microwave, but not wiped down (many dots of cleaner I had to wipe and buff out). The rest of the clean seemed okay. They texted asking if I wanted to schedule in 2 weeks (but did not ask if the first clean was satisfactory) to which I replied I didn't think I could afford twice a month and could they come in a month instead. I also pointed out that I noticed they hadn't wiped down the tops of the shower frames and left cleaner on the fridge in the microwave, and asked if next time they could please make sure that got taken care of. The response I got was "I'm sorry if I left your kid's shower badly and I don't know if you want check another cleaning company probably charge you less money thank you." I assumed that meant they were not willing to correct the problem and didn't care if they retained by business. After that, I went to use the restroom and noticed they used a bleach-based cleaner in my bathroom, which I could smell (strongly). Same as in the kitchen, they left cleaner (this time bleach-based) sitting on the toilet seats and it ate away the enamel, permanently ruining the toilet seats. I then went and checked my other 2 bathrooms and it was the same situation. I now have 3 toilet seats I have to replace. I do not recommend them! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Lupe and her services! She was very responsive when scheduling. My fiancé and I both have back problems, and so it is very difficult to clean our bathrooms (particularly the shower and tub), but it's hard to find reasonable prices. Lupe was incredibly thorough and efficient, and her prices are great. She left our apartment fantastically clean in just a couple of hours, and we are so happy with the results. They were very timely with arriving and really focused on the areas I pointed out that needed some extra attention.
