The cleaning was for a 3bd/2bth 1800sqft empty house. The estimate I received after sending in photos of was for $399 and 7 hours. I was not present at the cleanign. After the cleaning, the invoice I received was for 9.5 hrs and $522. I think I should have been alerted that was going to take longer. I was arrived at the house 4 days after the cleaning and found that most of the items listed in the estimate were indeed done. However some were left out. - The bottom kitchen cabinet and drawers were all left out. - I suspect the floor was only vacuumed but not mopped (I mopped it myself and water was jet black). There were also some stickers on the floor which could easily have been cleaned up but weren't. - The cleaning crew forgot to turn off the A/C. They did offer to come back and clean the cabinets but I already cleaned it myself. read more

After we had our daughter 3 years ago, we started using Cleaning Crew for once a month cleaning. They are great! Everyone we have worked with has been pleasant, and they are very responsive. I also appreciate that I can communicate through text or email. They are easy to work with, and having them come once a month has been a huge stress reliever. read more

If you want somebody to clean your house on a regular basis and actually do what they say they will... Run like hell and find someone competent. If you read closely through the reviews the majority of people only had one time cleanings. I wish I had paid attention to this previously. Prior to their first visit I was assured they would use unscented products which is something they advertise. The owner came with the workers during the first cleaning and HE put toxic oven cleaner in my oven and turned it on. When I asked him why he did it, he said he forgot. Really? On the first visit? Only after I complained did he give me a discount on the invoice. The toxic stench in my house didn't clear for at least a week and a half. Keep in mind I have a self cleaning oven that doesn't require chemicals and my oven had recently been cleaned. The deep cleaning also included an unwanted window cleaning which made my picture windows look like crap. See picture below. You can see how bad the chemical smell was by looking at the VOCs that were registered that day on my hepa filter and that was with the kitchen doors wide-open!!!See other picture for Volatile chemical reading. I was on a biweekly service and had requested to have the same individual, each and every time. In the beginning the owner promised this to me. Half way through this time period he promised me yet again that I would have just one individual and one back up worker on the regular. You may not care how many people come through your house during Covid but I certainly do. I also care if a business owner gives me his word and then breaks it. It was a pain in the ass to show each new person where everything was and what was required. This was especially true because they were using our steam cleaner, supplies and other equipment. In other words there was a time and effort drain, for me to train each person on the steamer and where everything was stored. The whole reason I was having a cleaning service was to help me from having to climb up and down the stairs constantly. In the three months that we used the service, which was to be six cleanings, there were six different individuals in our house. There would have been a seventh if I had not objected on the sixth visit this past week. When I asked the owner to reschedule vis email (thinking that I could've found a different time in my schedule for someone I knew to come over) he wrote back: "Knowing how important stability is for you, I think we're not the right fit for your needs. We have regular turnover, and I can't assure that you will always have the same cleaner. Thanks for giving us a try, and best of luck." Pre-holidays and after supporting his company for three months, leaving me in the lurch with no notice and no effort to reschedule is just plain unprofessional. Hopefully this review helps someone out there to make a better choice than I did in choosing this company. read more

Easy-to-schedule and great cleaning job from this company! I was getting an apartment cleaned out before moving out and it was super easy to get a quote online and book a time slot that worked with our schedule. Quinn was great -- she arrived on time and was super communicative and sweet. She also did an awesome job cleaning! All the floors were sweeped, as well as bathroom and kitchen counters scrubbed. The carpet in the rooms were vacuumed and furniture wiped down as well. Everything was spotless by the end and Quinn worked efficiently and quickly too! Payment is through the online portal. We were provided with an invoice that I could pay with a card. Overall a reliable and affordable service, would highly recommend! read more

Update - We have been working with Cleaning Crew for the last couple of years for bi-weekly cleans and they are so great. The cleaners are always on time and do an impeccable job, I particularly appreciate our regular cleaner - she is amazing. Kit, the owner is super responsive and flexible when we've needed to change service around, etc. We are so lucky to have found Cleaning Crew and appreciate them so much! read more

If I could rate zero stars I would so I guess one star will do but they honestly don't even deserve that. First point of contact went fairly well I spoke with Charlie who set up our appointment and gave me a quote of 385 for a deep clean, said about 4 hours for three people ..... after the cleaners arrived on appointment day I got a call that it would be 630.00 and 6 hours work and the house needed more cleaning than they expected ... ok I understand and agreed to that. I left the house to run errands and when I returned I noticed that there was now only two ladies cleaning so I asked the manager Carlos if i stilm had to pay for the third person as they charge per hour per person it's than when he informed me that it would now take 9 plus hours to do the job. I told him I didn't have the time frame as I live out of town and came in just for this process to happen. After arguing back and forth a bit he tells me your house is the dirtiest house we have ever had to clean and my other customers are getting mad that your house will take so long. !! Excuse me I was paying almost 700.00 for you to clean and you were so rude and unprofessional it's your job to clean no matter what you think the house looks like. I was paying for the service. Than he says since you wanna be like this it's best for us to just cancel but yes you are right about that. So I canceled all work to top it off they were in the house 4 hours and managed to vacuum three rooms and clean one bathroom all which were rooms that were pretty much the cleanest in the whole house. remind you the house is empty with nothing in it. was supposed to be a move out clean but all I got was an egotistical ass and cleaners who spent more time on their phones than cleaning !!! Save yourself the headache and money and use someone else for your Cleaning services !! I would not recommend Carlos and his crew to my worst enemy !!! read more

Highly recommend this cleaning service - great value, attentive clean and great service. It's always tough identifying a good cleaning service but the Cleaning Crew's execution has made me a firm believer in their services. We'll be using them again! read more

My family of four is at the tail end of a big move, from our rental of two years into our first purchased home. We have been putting in lots of labor preparing the new house and packing, so we just didn't have the bandwidth left to deep clean the rental. And, to be honest, it was in pretty rough shape from some serious pandemic-related ambivalence to dirt. Booking our appointment with Cleaning Crew was easy--the communication from Kit was prompt, clear, and friendly. I did a brief walkthrough with Kit when the team arrived yesterday to point out the spots we were most concerned about. When we stopped by later in the day, we were amazed with the job that had been done. The attention to detail was excellent. Everything was so spic and span, and I think it was even cleaner than when we moved in. Also, the price was incredibly reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate a moment to hire Cleaning Crew again. In fact, we're going to contact them next about setting up a routine cleaning at our new place. I couldn't recommend them more! read more

I was blown away with my experience with Cleaning Crew from start to finish. It was so easy to book an appointment - Kit was incredibly responsive, politely answered all my questions and set up an appointment very quickly. We just moved into a new home, and have suffered a lot of the pain points that come with it, like barely having time to clean while getting everything set up. Alexa came and did such an incredible job that I would bump this review to 6 stars if yelp would let me! She was prompt, incredibly polite, and did an incredible job. There truly is no better feeling than going to bed in a clean home. I am so excited to continue being a customer of Cleaning Crew, and would recommend this company to anyone in search of a professional and easy to work with service! read more

We use these great folks for a regular bi-weekly house cleaning and they are fantastic! Always on time, use wonderful cleaning supplies, friendly, super easy to work with, and our house also looks and smells amazing. Thanks Zoe and the great folks at Cleaning Crew! read more

This business got great reviews so for our move out cleaning I gave them the job. Their estimate was off by 4 hours being that one of the employees was 4 hours late! The job they did was not a "cleaning" but more just a surface wipe down! I felt so embarrassed as I wanted the place clean for the new owner and did not have the time to do it myself! I have to say they did discount the original price but it still wasn't worth it! read more

We couldn't be more pleased with the services we received! We had to go out of town this past weekend, and have been meaning to get a professional cleaner in before we list our place on the market this month. At the last minute, we came across the Cleaning Crew and requested a quote. Kit was super responsive, the quote was very reasonable, and they were able to schedule us for the next day. They were also great to work with in terms of coordinating with our neighbor to get access to our place (she, herself, said they were very professional). We came home tonight to a pristinely clean house; the place even smelled clean, but not in a "disinfectant" way (which we appreciated). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for house cleaning services! read more

A friend hired this company to do a deep clean and some ongoing clean for my family, as I am severely overworked and chronically ill. They called and scheduled two cleaners for March 15. The morning of the 15th, they called and canceled stating "our cleaner" (what happened to two cleaners!?) had called in sick. They never called back to reschedule, so I did. Repeatedly. They don't answer their phone, and they never return calls. I'm not convinced this company exists. Pure scam artists. UPDATE: After over two weeks of repeated calls to Kit Cody, it took less than two hours after my having posted the above review for them to respond to my many attempts to reach them. They stated they'd never been paid (which is untrue) and would not work for me. The last communication I had with them was over two weeks over. When they apologized for canceling at the last minute and offered to reschedule. Then two week+ of ignored my calls. Then an emailed refusal to work with me an and lies claiming they hadn't been paid. Do not hired these incredibly sketchy liars. read more

I recently hired Cleaning Crew to clean my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2000 sq ft home. The scheduling was smooth and the communication was responsive and helpful. Kit and the Cleaning Crew saved me last weekend when I had another company cancel on me 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up for a move out clean. The Two women sent were very nice. They did a nice job on the frig clean out. They did ok for a basic clean;however, I paid for deep clean. I didn't find it anything wonderful. I found lots of fur balls behind the doors and my bathroom floor was not clean from what I could tell. I found webs on the fan in the bedroom. It was cleaner then when they arrived. I decided not to use them going forward. read more

Five stars for flexibility and performance. Cleaning Crew accommodated my last-minute schedule change request when the movers I hired took far longer than expected. And although my former home was not yet completely empty, Cleaning Crew gave it a thorough cleaning at a very reasonable FLAT rate and didn't leave until the job was done. Thank you for missing out on your Friday night to help a new customer out. You two really saved my bacon! read more

Thanks to COVID, having a stranger in your home becomes scary. However Johanna of Cleaning Crew is masked 100% of the time and keeps a safe distance.
