So I contacted the dealership and asked if they could reach out me as soon as the car came in, so I could drive up and see it. Nathan was my point of contact and I'm so happy it was him. He updated me right away when the car came in. I received photos of it, and they was super flexible so I was able to drive up and view the car.I live in Memphis so it was about a 2 hour drive, so the weekend was the best option without missing work. When I arrived I was greeted right away and we took a test drive in the car I've been eyeing. Nathan was an absolute pleasure to work. This was my first time buying a car, without my parents there, and Nathan and Kyle (finance) both made me feel very comfortable. Kyle was able to answer any and all the questions I had without making me feel stupid (for anything that might have been common knowledge.) I left happy and with a new car! I highly recommend Cavenaugh Hyundai, especially if you request Nathan and Kyle!

I showed up at the car lot and was met by salesman, Chase Hudson. After walking around the truck, kicking the tires and looking under the hood he asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. So off we went and I put this Titan through its paces. Since I've been driving a Jeep around, this truck was like being in a spaceship. Chase explained all the buttons, gadgets and features as I entered a new world of automotive tech. After that we went inside to run the numbers. There really wasn't much haggling, I gave a little on the Jeep and they gave a little on the Titan. All in all, I didn't steal it but I did get a fair deal and an awesome truck. The finance guy did try his best to upsell me on the warranty, so other than that the paperwork was quick and easy. I'm so stoked to be able to tow pretty much anything. Thanks again to Chase and this dealership for an easy vehicle transaction.
