Two vehicles I've had serviced here. Wolves in sheep's clothing. Had no issues, until I did. My plate was taken from my vehicle, of course the company does not assume any responsibility for vehicles on their property. They did nothing to assist. The same vehicle a week later as stripped of a tire and entire driver door window and panel. They offered no assistance. Did not cooperate with police. Tim repeatedly yelled at me to remove my vehicle off the property with no explanation as to how my vehicle was stripped of these parts. Tim told me he knew my vehicle had been stripped days ago and instructed his employees not to inform me DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE This all happened on their business property. read more

Total ripoff had to pay $80 dollars cash to have my car towed because my car wouldn't start. Guy calls me and says that my car wouldn't start because I didn't have any gas in it and he was able to start it up because he put $15 dollars of gas in it. Then tells me I need a sway bar was the problem and it would cost me $540 to repair and my car should be fine and it will be ready in 2 hours. A few hours go by he calls and says he got the sway bar fixed but the car is not starting. So I go up there to get my car the guys wants to talk to me about buying a car off his lot saying his got the best deals in town. Why would I buy a car from you when you just ripped me off and you can't even tell me what's wrong with the car I had right now. To makes things worse they had to give me a rolling start just to get my car off the lot. Neve again. read more

Big surprise, an actually reliable and honest used car dealer. Not just honest; helpful, communicative, and very willing to work with customers' individual needs. Full disclosure: I was excited to stumble upon Stark's listing for a 4-year-old SUV with only 18k miles on it that looked to be in fantastic shape. According to CarGuru's, it was also listed at nearly $2000 under market, which to me seemed to be a winning deal. I live in Austin Texas so it was quite a trip up to north Arkansas. Given the distance I was very skeptical whatever they told me about the condition of the car. So I requested they bring it into the manufacturer's dealership nearby for an inspection, for which I paid $100. The inspection had only good things to say and I appreciated their doing the transportation for me. At that point I wanted to buy the car but also wanted to save $$ on travel to get there. I asked if I purchased a plane ticket, if they'd be willing to hold onto it for me for a bit or at least let me know if someone else was interested. They were totally fine giving me time and I bought a plane ticket 3 weeks out for only $100 one way. They kindly offered to pick me up at the Memphis airport over 1 hour away and drive me to the dealership at no charge. They also detailed the car, filled the tank, and prepped the paperwork. I had a 9 hour drive home so Tim (the owner) quickly took care of everything and got me on my way. I left my driver's license there by accident (whoops!) and Tim overnighted to me at no charge. And here I am a week later, very happy with the car and the shape it's in (I got a great test drive on the way home and it feels brand new) and we've just received the title and paperwork in the mail from Stark as they promised. So, when they are super friendly and honest with you, and help you out in every conceivable way, and then give you a great deal to boot on a car, well, I would say that's 5/5 stars and way better than any used car dealer I've ever dealt with in my life. read more

-5 stars. Disgraceful. After 3 hours, they could not 'fix' the issue and made a temporary fix. 4 hours in we just wanted our car back but kept getting yelled at by a loud service rep. My wife dropped the car off at 1:10 p.m. on Friday. She was told we would get a call 30 min later with an estimate. We did not have an appointment but they took the car anyway. 1 hour later I called and they had just pulled the car in to take a look. At 3:30 still no call so we stopped by to find out what the issue was and how much it would be. Guy at the front still needed 10-15 min to find out what the issue was. Went back in 30 min later and was told they could fix the issue by putting a spacer in it. I said OK and waited an hour. After an hour we asked the guy to just put it back together, we needed to go. Started getting yelled at that we didn't have an appointment, he moved his mechanic from another car to work on our car, that these things take time, that he was trying to save us money by not ordering parts, etc. We never asked them to save us money, just needed to know what the issue was and how much it was going to cost to fix. It was supposedly fixed when they put it back together tho, so we paid and left. On the way back home, the car starts smelling like the brakes are on fire. Had to take it back to a real mechanic in the morning. Only took them two hours to figure out what was wrong with it and fix it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Save your $65 diagnostic fee and go to someone who knows what they are doing. read more

They sold me a truck with more costly repairs than the truck was worth, they also forced a warranty plan on me that won't assist with any repairs. I highly recommend using another location as they know these vehicles they sell are junk. Explains why they force a warranty on their used vehicles, it would be great but the warranty company doesn't do anything. Not to mention they said to bring the truck to them for any repairs needed and every-time I've called to get warranty work done the owner told me "we can't take on that big of a job." Sounds like they don't even want to work with the warranty company they sell not to mention neither does 3/4 of the shops in jonesboro. read more

Go somewhere else to buy your car. Tim and David will tell you one thing and go back on their word. My 2014 Kia had a check engine light and they said they would take care if it until they found out it was going to cost almost $900. I had to absorb that thanks to their lies. Just got the last piece in the mail today and will be scheduling MY mechanic to repair at MY cost. Bought it in December of 18 and got to drive it in February because of their and Kia complete incompetence. Y'all are the worst. read more

God, this is a long story of how im out $900 and nothing is fixed. If i could give -5 stars I would. Husband took my car in to fix the A/C and it ended up costing over $400, which was fine because it worked. Less than a week later the air quit again. I took it back and they said they wouldnt fix it because it was nothing they fixed, and another inspection was going to cost $60 again. (And it was something they should have fixed from the start.) I got it fixed elsewhere. My husband took his car to have the A/C fixed as well. They replaced the parts we needed and that cost $460+ which was fine too, because it worked. Then the air quit within a week. Again. We took it back to them. They said it was under warranty, and it was the part they installed that was messed up so they'd fix it for free. They kept it overnight, and the next morning they just refused to fix anything. When my husband went to drive the car back home he popped the hood and noticed they were going to let him drive off with a lot of things unplugged. We talked to a manager about it finally, and he said to bring it back in and theyd fix it because it was under warranty. Dropped it off at 8 am, husband had to go to work at 5. He ended up being late because it still wasnt done. We got there and they called him inside, and they asked him if we had let anyone else work on it after them. Husband said no, and they said well things arent how we left them. It still had not been fixed! We left the car ANOTHER NIGHT (3 nights/4 days in total). The A/C compressor was replaced. But they said that there was suddenly even more wrong with it, fans suddenly not working and such. THE A/C STILL DOES NOT WORK. Prices also seem to fluctuate depending on your gender, as we had a female friend take her car to get an inspection, and they tried to tell her it was about $140! (When my husband took mine, it was $60 for an inspection.) That is why i am missing 900 dollars and have nothing fixed to show for it. Both cars are still without air. 900 dollars. Do NOT bring your car here. read more

I have a very close friend that is a single dad, working hard to provide for his family and has been taken advantage of by Starks. He purchased a Kia Sorento from this dealership and within 1 day it was in their shop for a check engine light. Long story short is that it went from that to a Kia warranty problem. Neither dealership has repaired his vehicle nor will they give him a car to drive while he waits. His payments are being made along with full coverage insurance. He had this car 1 day since December 20, 2018. You would think they would value their customers more than this. Sad way to do business!!! Would give it a minus star if possible! read more
