To be honest, I was a little reluctant to go to this dealership in regards to all the bad reviews. But they had the truck I was looking for and after being out of the car market for over 15 year I had some specific requirements, so I was willing to give them a shot. I showed up at the car lot and was met by salesman, Chase Hudson. After walking around the truck, kicking the tires and looking under the hood he asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. So off we went and I put this Titan through its paces. Since I've been driving a Jeep around, this truck was like being in a spaceship. Chase explained all the buttons, gadgets and features as I entered a new world of automotive tech. After that we went inside to run the numbers. There really wasn't much haggling, I gave a little on the Jeep and they gave a little on the Titan. All in all, I didn't steal it but I did get a fair deal and an awesome truck. The finance guy did try his best to upsell me on the warranty, so other than that the paperwork was quick and easy. I'm so stoked to be able to tow pretty much anything. Thanks again to Chase and this dealership for an easy vehicle transaction. read more

I bought a vehicle about 10 months ago and the battery is already no good. Salesperson told me that their normal practice when selling used cars was for them to put a new battery in before selling. I guess they forgot to do the norm for my vehicle. read more

My Key Fob was not working properly, they told me that it was a formatting issue and that it was going to cost me $100. After an hour, they returned the key but it did not work at all. The lady told us that they had to charge us no matter what because the technician had spend an hour trying to fix the key. She told us that if we ordered a new one through them we were not going to be required to pay to have the key formatted. We ordered the new key, she said it was going to be delivered in a period of two days. I had to chase them for a week until a representative finally told that they had ordered the wrong part. I had to wait one more week to have my key delivered. When I went to pick it up they told me I had to pay for the new formatting. I ended up paying just because I wanted to get it done with. It was extremely disappointing, a waste of my time and energy. It was very disrespectful! read more

The worst! Have never bought a car in Jonesboro before, and from here on out will go back to Memphis to do so. Bought a brand new car, process was rushed, got home and noticed it had marks all over it from the plastic it was transported in. Called immediately and they told me to come in next time I'm off and they could fix it... fast forward, I take it up there on my day off and they say they don't have time to buff it out that day but to come back and they will give me a loaner--the earlier they could get me in was about 4 weeks out... keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW CAR! After that, my car has an issue that is a recall problem. I told them what the problem was and they knew exactly the cause and said it could be fixed in just a couple hours. I take it in as scheduled, they tell me I have to bring it back a week later... so I ask for a loaner car bc I work full time and have 2 kids and my husband works out of town... well supposedly they aren't allowed to give a loaner! All in all this has just been the worst experience, and I definitely will not buy here ever again. read more

Dealer was average priced on 2017 maxima, loved the car so I bought it. Come time to renew drive out tag, wouldnt give me one, wouldnt answer my phone calls about why I didnt have my paperwork. Finally received paperwork 4 days after drive out tag expired, after repeatedly trying to remedy this problem before it was a problem, still didnt get one. Dealer response, now that you have your paperwork, that I just got the day this convo took place, well its illegal for us to give you one now that you have your paperwork. My response, ok well its illegal for me to drive to the revenue office with an expired drive out tag, his response yea, my response ok 10 4, then he responded yea 10 4 and laughed. Take it how you want read more

I called and talked to Carl on the phone. He was helpful texting pics and got right down to a more than fair negotiation with pricing. He had the car washed and pulled up when we arrived. David was working finance and was welcoming, helpful and took extra time to make sure all of our needs were met. He had the paperwork ready to go and went above and beyond to take care of us. We drove 2 hours to get the car and it was well worth the experience! We love our new Armada! read more

I have a 2007 Infiniti QX56 and has had it in the shop several times for different issue and one occurring issue. My issue with Nissan service dept is the lack of calls answered when wanting to make an appt or the fact they hardly call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. Each time I'VE had to call to find out where they were on the status of service. The main reason I will not be using Central Nissan service is the one issue they have never fixed all four times I've had to return my vehicle to repair other issue. The 4 wheel drive I'm sure had issues when I purchased the vehicle used. I tried 4 TIMES to have my issue resolved with them either not remembering to check that issue (which was on all 4 service tickets) or they took so many days to repair the other faults when asked the fault on the 4 wheel drive they were deer in headlights and asked to keep longer to check it out! REALLY. read more

I will not buy or send any business to this dealership again. I was an out of state purchaser. And the dealership actually wanted me to get the state tax information. I have purchased vehicles out of state before, and did not have to do anything besides negotiate the deal and sign my paperwork. If you work at a dealership you are getting paid hourly to find out all of the information to make the transaction go perfectly. These guys are lazy, and because of that I will have to pay my county tax out of pocket instead of puttIng it in the loan agreement. I didn't even try to lowball them with my offer I accepted the car at the rate they put on it. I will not be doing any business with these guys again. Be careful buying a car from these guys. They are not very efficient. read more

I had a great experience with the Salesman when purchasing my vehicle, but all of the goodwill built up by that transaction is gone due to the Service Department. Very sloppy and careless service job performed and even had one employee tell me they were short employees because no one will come to work. Tried to contact the Service Manager through e-mail, but after several days it's obvious a customer with a bad experience isn't a priority. Since I didn't hear back, I re-scheduled my required warranty work with another dealer. Not sure what percent or how Nissan USA is billed or pays the dealer for warranty work performed, but if I was paying for it the cost would be well over a thousand dollars for my needed repair. So instead of generating revenue for your dealership you let the money walk out the door and to another dealership because of your sloppiness within the service department and inability to follow up with your customers. Sad... read more

Requested the recommended oil for our new 2014 Nissan Rogue and they ended up putting another grade of oil. Waiting room does not have enough chairs , 1 person had to sit on the floor. This was our very first service and was not impressed. read more

Salesman at Nissan are horrible. As soon as they know you are trying to buy small car for $15k to $16k, they don't want to deal with you. They ignore you, and talk rude when asked any question about car, all they say "this is all we got for this price" and walks away and they were not busy at all. Only way they talk to you is when you are looking to $40k+ car. Will not be dealing with them in future. read more

This is the sorriest excuse for a dealership I have ever seen!!! I accompanied my sister to this dealership because it was recommended by another salesman within the Central company. We negotiated on trade and what the overall principle on the loan was going to be. I told Jody what another dealer had offered us on trade and he said he could match it. My sister said she would be back the next morning to get the car because she wanted her fiance to have a look before papers were signed. The next day my sister was offered $3,000 less than what was initially agreed upon. When she refused to take the deal the salesmen was anything but professional toward her and her fiance. It all comes down to this salesmen was trying to take advantage of two younger adults. I have called the dealership multiple times but, I cannot get in contact with anyone. I have personally dealt with the other Central Dealerships and have had nothing but great experiences. I would gladly send anyone to any of these dealerships, but I will never walk through the door of Central Nissan again. Shop this dealership at your own risk and make sure you read in the fine print. read more

First, I want to say that the service guys, Baron and Tye were great. They aren't the problem. My problem is with Nissan. I have a 4 year old vehicle that is basically a $36,000 piece of crap. The transmission is fixed, of which I had to pay 30% of... I'm sorry but a 4 year old vehicle should never have to worry about the transmission going out. Now, the rear differential is messed up and, yet, Nissan won't cover that. I've never towed anything with this vehicle. I've paid for a 4 wheel drive vehicle and I can't use that feature because it's faulty. I had planned to purchase a new Pathfinder when I got ready, my mom wanted to and so did my sister. Since I've had all these problems and Nissan wouldn't do more for me, my sister has purchased 2 TWO Toyotas and my mom is now looking at Toyota or Hyundai all because Nissan wouldn't suck it up and clean up the mess of a vehicle I was sold. I was told this was an isolated occurrence... I find that hard to believe. That's 4 vehicles that Nissan could have sold just within our family but because Nissan wouldn't take care of us we will be going somewhere else. I'm not paying the dealership to fix the rear differential,as great as Baron and Tye are, I will be getting all of my work done elsewhere until it's time for me to get something new. I will not purchase another vehicle from Central or any Nissan dealer. Totally unsatisfied and I'm telling my friends and coworkers. read more
