The third and final time I went in for services I left my car there & got really sick. I moved about two weeks later so obviously my address changed. I tried to keep in contact through phone but no one ever answered anymore like the first few times. Months later I see my car on sale at an auto lot. no calls back or anything after several voicemails even leaving my call back number I still received nothing.

The owner is never at the shop, never answers the phone, and doesn't return messages. Every time we manage to get ahold of someone, there's a new excuse for why the truck isn't finished. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when someone's vehicle is being held for half a year with no real updates. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that respects your time and money.

I strongly recommend considering other options before taking your vehicle to D&R Automotive…read more My experience with their customer service and management was extremely disappointing. I called a few days before going in and was told to bring my vehicle in for the repair. I understood that the repair would take some time because a part had to be ordered, and I was completely prepared for that. When I arrived, however, the young lady in customer service was rude and told me, in effect, to take my vehicle and come back because I needed an appointment. This was frustrating because I had specifically called beforehand and was told to bring the vehicle in. When I brought the issue to management, my experience unfortunately did not improve. Cory, the manager, was also rude to me. Afterward, management sent me several text messages denying that the interaction happened the way I described it and stated that they had my voice and video recorded on camera. I was never informed that my conversation was being recorded. At this point, the issue isn't even just about the repair. It's about how I was treated as a customer and how the situation was handled afterward. Customers should not have to argue with a business about what they were told, nor should they be treated disrespectfully when they ask reasonable questions about their vehicle. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to DNR Automotive, and I cannot recommend this business to others.

These folks have good intentions and smiles to start with but in the end they will screw you over and waste your time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE AUTO CLINIC IN JONESBORO SHARE, SHARE, SHARE!!!…read more We dropped our car off at The Auto Clinic in September 2024. It is now a year and a half later, and they still have our vehicle. If any employee would like to argue these claims, I have extensive proof. We are desperate for a car that we are STILL making payments on. Multiple phone calls and in person conversations fill in the gaps in messages. We call every single day and are fed excuse after excuse. We've been given countless false promises, all of which I have voice recordings of. I also have text messages and documentation to back up every single claim I am making here. They claimed to have performed repairs we did NOT authorize, as it went in for engine work, and demanded half of the payment up front. We paid them $2400 -- yet they still refuse to return our car. After the car was dropped off, they were helpful. We dealt with supplemental insurance obstacles, as well as shortage of supplies and staff in the beginning, which we were more than patient and understanding at the time. We gave grace since it was around Thanksgiving and Christmas time. We expressed that I was pregnant and we needed our second vehicle, so we trusted that they would do the right thing and get the work done as promised. January 2025 - April 2025, I was promised several times after being told there were deaths in the family, short staffing, hospitalizations, that the car would be done by Easter. At that time, I asked if I could split the remaining balance into two 2 payments, one week apart. They said that's fine. I asked if that would put the project on the back burner, to which he responded "no" to. I have this in a voice recording as well. In September 2025, out of desperation, I posted a google review and Jonathan, the owner, texted after business hours saying if I take it down, he will cover the remaining cost. He then promised again that it would be ready the following week. I took it down. To make things worse, in October 2025, they admitted they LOST THE KEYS to our car. They allowed an employee to take it home, and the employee has since been fired. They claim, to this day, that they will "get around to programming a new set." We have been lied to, manipulated, and treated like this situation is a joke. The owner, Jonathan, avoids us, refuses to communicate directly, and has even laughed at our situation while we are without our vehicle for well over a year, a vehicle we are still making payments on. The front desk workers lie for him saying he is out running errands. Then, two minutes later, you see him walk out of the office to the back. He will not speak to us. My husband had to spend all day Monday, 1/12, at the shop waiting for them to tow it to Ford like they promised in order to get the keys programmed that were lost by the shop last OCTOBER. He was told that Ford was coming to get it. My husband called Ford, and they had heard nothing of it. It was finally towed around 1:30pm because my husband refused to leave until a tow was called in front of him. Ford has since told us that none of the repairs have been completed that were promised. We are back at square one with a business who lies and an owner who will not speak to us. 1/15 - The Auto Clinic has since come and picked the car up from Ford without telling us that it is back in their possession. THE CAR HAS NOT HAD ANY REPAIRS DONE AND THE MOTOR IS USED. The Auto Clinic still has our car. This has caused incredible stress, financial strain, and emotional exhaustion. No one should ever be treated this way by a business they trusted. Again -- DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE AUTO CLINIC IN JONESBORO LOCATED ON SHELBY DRIVE BY HYJINX.
