I called a few days before going in and was told to bring my vehicle in for the repair. I understood that the repair would take some time because a part had to be ordered, and I was completely prepared for that. When I arrived, however, the young lady in customer service was rude and told me, in effect, to take my vehicle and come back because I needed an appointment. This was frustrating because I had specifically called beforehand and was told to bring the vehicle in. When I brought the issue to management, my experience unfortunately did not improve. Cory, the manager, was also rude to me. Afterward, management sent me several text messages denying that the interaction happened the way I described it and stated that they had my voice and video recorded on camera. I was never informed that my conversation was being recorded. At this point, the issue isn't even just about the repair. It's about how I was treated as a customer and how the situation was handled afterward. Customers should not have to argue with a business about what they were told, nor should they be treated disrespectfully when they ask reasonable questions about their vehicle. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to DNR Automotive, and I cannot recommend this business to others.
