They are good at one thing and that is passing the buck. When I took my vehicle in to be repaired after I was hit, I told them from day one it was not driving correctly and needed to be checked. They promised after repairs and an alignment it would be good as new. Then the problems started. Problem 1- they were overbooked and had to send my vehicle to the Paragould shop. Problem 2- vehicle was brought back without an alignment and everybody's excuse was "nobody ever said anything about an alignment" Problem 3- still not driving correctly but they could find no place where the vehicle was hit on the wheel or tire, and without that they were limited to the half-a$$ adjusters report. But if I took it to the dealership and they found something, they could reopen the case. Problem 4- Dealership found nicks in the tire from it being hit, and the vehicle still drove like it was out of alignment. So I took it back. Their next excuse was, "oh we just needed to adjust the stabilizing bar a little." Problem 5- my vehicle still is not driving correctly. Fast forward to 2 alignments later and a recommendation to go to another body shop and the first thing they did was crawl underneath and look at my steering gear box. Low and behold it was broken. So after I went back to Steve"s not once, not twice, but 3 times, and being told there is nothing else they can do, I now realize that they are EXCELLANT at passing the blame to someone else. I took my vehicle in to be repaired and the 4 times I had my vehicle up there, zero is the amount of times they actually looked underneath and found the damaged steering gear box. When I did talk to them again, AFTER the damage was finally discovered do you know what they said to me? "Your vehicle wasn't hit hard enough for that to happen"; never mind that my vehicle was pushed several feet while parked in a school zone. Lesson learned. Steve's will make all sorts of promises, then do only the bare minimum and pass the blame to someone else as to why the problem was never found. Shame on you Steve's A/B.
