I'm pretty sure they didn't even touch it this time. I could understand if some suspension components were messed up and affecting the alignment, but they never said a word about it. I highly doubt they even checked. They obviously don't test drive the vehicles afterwards. Besides that, they never call to tell you your vehicle is done. You just have to spam call until someone gives you an update. I'm using Plaza Tire Service from now on, and I recommend everyone else do the same.

I hear the guy at the register say to the tech "are you sure about that?" The tech says something else to him and the guy at the register says "there you go". A few minutes later, the guy at the register calls me up and tells me all four tires are ruined and need replaced! They are new tires that I have personally inspected and there were no "wires showing". I told them to charge me for the work they had done and I was leaving! All of a sudden, miraculously, they were able to fix the one tire. Beware up selling at this location!
