Bought a new set of tires, had one blow out within 6 months, another 2 months after warranty went out. The quality of these tires are pure trash! Won't step foot in another RNR place of business. read more

I hear the guy at the register say to the tech "are you sure about that?" The tech says something else to him and the guy at the register says "there you go". A few minutes later, the guy at the register calls me up and tells me all four tires are ruined and need replaced! They are new tires that I have personally inspected and there were no "wires showing". I told them to charge me for the work they had done and I was leaving! All of a sudden, miraculously, they were able to fix the one tire. Beware up selling at this location!

If this place is owned by the same owner who runs the Jonesboro, AR location then don't bother going. It's an awful business ran by awful people. This place is an atrocity and have horrible business practice. They took advantage of a single mother down on her luck, quoted her a price, fired the man who quoted her, and then charged her something different without letting her know the price difference. Can you imagine what kind of monsters do that to someone who is going through a domestic violence situation? You shouldn't treat people like that no matter their circumstances but this place added another boulder to someone who didn't need it and then swept her under the rug when she brought her concerns to them. This is not the kind of business I want in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I don't care if you're a Christian or not, but at least be a humanitarian business who cares about people and the customers who walk through your door. Piss poor excuse for a business.
