The horrible communication and well you can see for yourself below. I bought the car feb 17. After leaving the gm dealership in walnut ridge where i was able to get my camera calibrated , and i was told it would be approxmailty $5 k to fix all the things wrong with this car, I called simpli on Feb 27th, to ask when my title would be in because I wanted to sell the car. I was told "we have 60 days to file for the title and I will let you know when it comes in" . Fast forward april 2nd I got a call they wouldn't have the title in time for me to register it, but would provide me a paper so I could register it . (TIMA) No info on why or when I would have. So I before I signed this dealerer reassignment title. I called the state and they proceeded to tell me to contact the state police and attorney gernals office. I did. May 5th, Almost 3 months later I finally received a call to pick up the title and well I had to call state police inspector because they didnt want to give me the title. Funny story the car is in the shop once again!!! Besides the motor mounts and camera calibration that the owner told me it would never work. I got it fixed .. have had a code since I bought it , now on the 5th trip the mechanic 2 different shops. .. not hard to be decent... and communicate. Below is the inspection done prior to simpli buying it and the email they sent to ag claiming it passed inspection. It clearly did not. Have more evidence to post about this situation but for now ... I will leave with this. Also have a recording of her trying to refuse to give me the title to the car I purchased!!! I own the car , paid for the car in full , paying for the all work and I couldn't even sell the car.. still can't until i receive the title back from the state. Well cant post the photos on here.

A family member got a truck from there and not even a few weeks later the engine blew and the warranty that was given at the time of purchase is not valid to cover the costs? I mean make it make sense. We contacted Simpli and the was kinda helpful at first but now have ghosted us after stating they will help cover the cost. Time has come to pay the bill and they are not helping. Just to think you label yourself as a "Christian Company" and you have "Christian Values" yeah right! A Christian would help another Christian out not blow them off after you received the check for the $25k truck that was just bought with the promise it was in "perfect condition" and "car fax certified". What a joke this dealership is.

No return phone calls, no definitive answers, zero communication. When i finally found a a personal cell phone number the owner of the business yelled at me and told me to fix it myself. It was already sitting at their shop for over a week with no work done to it. They also didn't send off the payoff on my trade in causing a significant hit to my credit score of over 50 points. They lied about that and said it had been overnighted to the finance company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE FOR ANY REASON. Go to a reputable dealership for your auto needs and save yourself a lot of hassle and your credit score.
