Was directed to an abandoned gas station in Dyess, AR while on fumes and only had six miles left on gas gauge (nearest gas was 12+ miles away). Contacted State Farm Emergency Road Sevice and they alerted Redline, even though it was pretty far away! Keith did his best to get there before my car died and the 90° weather suffocated me and my traveling "cat-panions." Brought the gas with a smile and friendly conversation! Keith made sure I made it to the next gas station before leaving the area and made it a point to check on my two kitties. Keith made a God-awful situation end up with me safely on the road and headed back to Chicago! read more

The warnings I were told were true I went to pick up my truck that had been towed to find that multiple items were missing from my vehicle. Things like phone chargers, a DC to AC transformer, and MY CELL PHONE! These guys aren't too smart since they didn't realize androids allow you to track your phone as a security measure in the event the phone is misplaced or stolen. The tracker clearly shows my cell phone, which was in the vehicle at the time it was towed, arriving at Redline Auto Towing at 3:31am and leaving the facility moments later to arrive or be shut off in the vicinity of 12th Ave and E. Walnut St. in Paragould not far from Redline Auto Towing. When I mentioned to close friends that my truck was with Redline Auto Towing and that I needed to go retrieve it, I was told personal experiences involving their vehicles getting pillaged and personal items being stolen while in the possession of Redline Auto Towing. All I can say is unless you have a witness to the theft, they will most likely get away with it, but I remotely locked the phone, erased the data, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and include the tracking data. I will update if there is any action. read more

Just had a young man named Daniel pick up my disabled vehicle and deliver it to service shop. Very nice worker, did a great job loading and ratcheting it down. Would recommend them. read more

Used a car warranty company to have our vehicle towed to the nearest tire shop and they sent Redline Towing. Redline arrived at a reasonable time, they were friendly, and did a good job getting our car where it needed to be for repair. read more

VERY DANGEROUS BUSINESS, THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN ME KILLED!!!! They moved one of my fuses, resulting in me not having tail lights while driving in The dark!!! The spark plug was still good, just moved after a disagreement with the manager...My car broke down while driving so I used my roadside assistance, that's how I ended up using Redline. When they came to pick up my car to tow it to a shop the driver recommended their shop, telling me they'll beat the price of the other shop that I was going to tow it to. I just moved here so I took his advice. When I called after I had not received an update on my vehicle, I was told what the problem was and given a time that it would be ready. When that time came and went with no call from the company, I called back to get another update on my vehicle, I was cussed at and hung up on when I asked to speak to the manager, and this was the manager cussing and hanging up on me!!! When I went to pick up my car the same manager who was so extremely rude on the phone, made sure he saw me before giving me my keys. This is when I had a grown 40-something year old man literally get in my face, stick his finger an inch from my face, and proceed to cuss me out in a very loud tone. This was in front of 3 other of the employees, but of course no customers were left in the office. He then gave me a price $100 more than what i was told over the phone, which i refused to pay. He finally ended up honering the previously given price and i left quickly. The next night while diving home from work at 10:30pm, i was pulled over for havimg no tail lights. When my husband checked my fuses he discovered that one had been deliberately moved by red line employees!!! I could have been killed or seriously injured, as well as someone else from this extremely unprofessional, and ILLEGAL action. DO NOT USE REDLINE, THEY ARE A VERY DANGEROUS BUSINESS!!! I filed a police report, but since I had no direct evidence there was nothing they could do, so I'm doing this and telling others. I later found out about another similar experience that happened to an acquaintance of my, where they messed with another persons fuses too!!! This is so uncalled for, out of control, and the most appalling business I've ever come across in my life. You dont mess with people's vehicles, my life was put in jeopardy due to the actions of this company! Tampering with someone's vehicle is a crime, what's wrong with you people, you're going to get someone hurt or even killed!!! STAY AWAY FROM REDLINE!!!!! read more
